The property is beautiful and is the same as in the photographs. My communication with Mir was excellent. I received almost immediate responses to the few questions that I had. We really enjoyed our stay,and we would definitely recommend this home.

This house worked perfectly with our Disney vacation. Loved the pool when we spent some time relaxing after time at the parks. I would definitely come back and rent the property again next time!

I am a seasoned traveler who visits this area every spring (and an extra trip in the fall this year!). I have stayed in many rental homes and this one has become my new favorite! If you're looking for clean, you've found it! The entire house was spotless. All of the Tv's, appliances, dishes, beds, washer/dryer etc, are top quality. The owners certainly did not cut any corners here. The pool area was fabulous and the pool temperature was perfect. We didn't have a chance to use the BBQ but appreciated the option. I honestly cannot find a single fault with this property and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. My only complaint is that our dates are not available for our spring trip - doubt we'll find another home to compare to this one! Thank you Rick, hopefully we will be back!

Nice quite neighborhood near stores and away from high traffic areas. Loved the whole house it was more beautiful in person. The property manager was quick to respond and was very helpful.

This house is comfortable and accurately described. Host quickly responds to any questions in a timely manner. We had a great time!

We can’t fault the property, the location was ideal to the parks. The place was clean and the one issue we had with the AC was resolved immediately. Good stay!

We stayed at the residence the week before Christmas to do a Disney Christmas. The house is a 15-20 minute drive to any of the Disney parks, very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Its a perfect location. When we arrived at the house we found it to be very clean and smelled fresh and clean as well. The house was perfect for our family and we enjoyed our stay. We had a minor issue in one of the bedrooms but Mr. Graham was awesome and very responsive! Mr. Graham allowed us to bring our 4 legged family members which was a big plus to me, as one needs medication daily. We plan on visiting Kissimmee more frequently and we would like stay at this property again.
