  • Great beach vacation home away from home

"The location of this updated property is fabulous~~just a short walk to Venetian Village and the Gulf coast beach. The condo is very tastefully decorated with a costal vibe and comfortable furniture and plenty of lighting. It has a very nice pool located on Swan Lake. Everything is very well maintained inside and out--the grounds are lovely. The beach pass and plenty of chairs, towels, umbrella, and coolers made it a perfect beach retreat. We loved it so much we bought a condo in the same peaceful and beautiful area. The owner was very attentive to any needs and made it truly a home away from home for us."

  • Sorry to leave................

"We have made Park Shore # 210 our winter holiday for quite a few years now and are always pleased with both the apartment and resort. It is a comfortable and safe place. Park Shore is ideally located for shopping, groceries, pharmacy and restaurants- all are within a short walk. We highly recommend it! C"

  • Splendid house in Naples

"We arrived at the house after a week on one of the Gulf coast barrier islands without any prior knowledge of the Naples area. we found the house just as described - clean, spacious and very well maintained. As a family of five we are always looking for houses to rent with enough room for everyone. Our three children (ages between 8 and 15) loved the pool (and so did their parents), well functioning wifi and lots of spaces to read and play card games. The owners were always quick to respond to all our questions and had prepared helpful instructions for the house. A private beach access is provided (a three minute drive). There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity and a Publix supermarket is just a few hundred meters away. The Park Shore area is quiet and beautiful though may feel just a little bit deserted in late June. We can warmly recommend this house to anyone looking for a high quality vacation rental."

  • Perfect in every way - Fab location, superbly well equipped and really helpful owner. We LOVED it!

"Firstly Naples is a super place to spend two weeks on holiday and early October was a great time to be there. The weather was perfect and being shoulder season we turned up to every restaurant without a reservation and got a table for two. Golf was the same - we always got a tee time of choice and never had to play with other people but stayed as a two. The house is PERFECT! Fabulous location on a quiet road in a lovely residential area. The garden is private and the pool was lovely and clean! The lanai was well furnished and even had battery "candles" to create an intimate atmosphere in the evening. The kitchen had everything you could wish to use and everything was very good quality. The same with the bathrooms, super hot water whenever we wanted to shower and with quality fittings. We only used the Master bedroom and the bed was super comfy and bed linen good quality too. The wardrobe space is vast!!! The garage was a revelation wi everything that one could need for a beach holiday including a beach cart to carry the various beach chairs, body boards, umbrellas etc. Wow! There were even an adult and a child's bike! Location was second to none with a Publix and upscale shopping within walking distance. As to eating out there were many places within walking distance and a great casual dining pub at Venetian Village which was a short drive away. Round the corner Mr Big Fish and D'Amico near Publix were great places for a neighbourhood dinner. For a good authentic Mexican it's worth a drive up to North Nap,Es to Salsa Brav for home cooked Mexican food and a great Margarit! Food whole food lunches then Fod for Thought is worth stopping at en route home from Old Naples. As if all this wasn't enough then the residents beach pass which comes courtesy of Alison, the super helpful and friendly owner, is the icing on the cake. The private beach access is invaluable! Immaculate parking and facilities lead to a beach of beautiful clean, soft white sand and great swimming. We often joined the locals from 5pm onwards to swim and then sit and watch the sun disappear over the horizon. Idyllic is the only way to describe this. So if you're looking for a holiday in a fabulous part of Florida and want to be as comfortable as you could possibly be then this is the house to choose. We can't wait to go back there!!!"
