Beachfront, this luxury property is nearly new. Located on the golden sands of Mandalay Shores, a tranquil beach community. Enjoy morning coffee, watching the frolicking dolphins, overlooking the Pacific from the second level deck. In the afternoon, perhaps you'd enjoy cocktails or a BBQ on the spacious patio directly on the sand. This two story unit enjoys breathtaking ocean vistas with about 50 feet of frontage and 2 levels and approximately 3500 square feet.
The living room, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom are all open to the sea. The master and living room have patio doors that open onto the deck, inviting in the sea breezes. The kitchen is a gourmand's delight. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and a steamer shower. Two other bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with a queen bed, each have their own bath. The powder room completes the upper level.
Downstairs, there are 2 ocean front bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a trundle of two twins, 2 baths, family room, wet bar with a mini kitchen and the laundry room. Opening the patio doors in the family room allows the patio to be an extension of the living space and draws you onto the sand. The kiddie park is steps away.
Furnishings are "Tommy Bahama style". Linen's can be provided if so desired. There is a TV on both levels. Upper deck and lower patio both have outdoor dining furniture. This is a unique and beautiful property that you can share with your family or friends with pride.

Everything about our experience was outstanding! The home is beautifully appointed. We had twelve family members ranging from three year olds to seniors. Our adult children were the first to arrive. They called us and said, "Wow, wow, wow!!" That could sum it up for the entire family! We have taken many family beach vacations over the years, but none of them compared to this. The pictures really don't do it justice. It just couldn't have been more perfect. The owners were unbelievable, even to updating on information regarding a "Santa flyby" on Christmas Eve. Our family described as their best Christmas ever!

We had a family reunion of 13 people at this house and we absolutely loved the location! Neighborhood is quiet and the house literally sits right on the beach. My favorite part is listening to the ocean waves as I fall asleep at night then waking up to the sight of the beach and ocean waves. We can even see pods of dolphins swim by! I can watch my kids play on the sand from the patio. The photos here clearly reflect the rental house and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook many of our own meals during our stay. This is a 3 story house - we rented the 1st and 2nd floor, with plenty of room for all 13 of us. We didn't go sightseeing much while we were there, except a visit to the Getty Villa in Malibu, which was a beautiful drive from Oxnard on PCH. I highly recommend this house!

Wonderful accomodations for families and friends. Great kitchen with a view of the ocean...what could be better watch the waves as you prepare dinner! Only steps to be on the sand and surf. The owners are very pleasant and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this "on the sand" condo. The owners are very easy to work with and flexible. Later, our daughter rented it for a business retreat and was pleased as well. Great property!
