Welcome to Paradise at the Colony, one of the most resort like communities between Dazzling Mandalay and Hollywood Beach in stunning Ventura California. Offering a chance to witness memory making sunsets for you to remember the rest of your life. We are located near Channel Island harbor to getaway and see the seals or kayak, paddle board, fish, boating to Channel Islands or play in the waves. Place is 3 bedrooms and two full baths, all remodeled with everything you would need to cook a thanksgiving feast.

Beautiful home and community family enjoyed there indoor space and outdoor space was amazing a community jacuzzi located right near townhome regularly would love to stay again

Great Location and Rental

We enjoyed our month-long stay at the rental. We are a family with small children. The property was perfect — the small garden, unit on one level (no stairs), proximity to a playground, beautiful beach and running/ scootering trail, attached garage, amazing pool. The (main) pool is warm and huge. The kids loved it. A few cons about the property — it is a bit dark because it is a lower unit, and the hot water could have been a bit warmer (for my shower preference; my husband found it fine). Other than that, the rental is great. It is nicely decorated, and well fitted out. Amber was nice and easy to reach via text message and handled a couple of requests/ issues we brought up promptly.
