  • Scott, we had a wonderful time this past weekend. Your accommodations were outstanding. Our girls really enjoyed the slops. They especially loved watching their favorite old Disney movies and playing all the different boards games you have available. The only challenge was finding a grocery store as the girls wanted home cooked meals the whole weekend. The Solsman Family

    FYI for future guests: I always send our guests an information sheet with lots of helpful information about the house, Wintergreen Resort and the surrounding areas. Included in this pamphlet is a note about the Nellysford Grocery Store at the bottom of the mountain. A short drive and good prices and wide selection of food and other necessities. Waynesboro is a little longer drive with Walmart and a variety of grocery stores.

  • We had a wonderful fall trip (Nov 2008)! This home has a great arrangement for families or for multiple couple. Lots of activities inside and outside. We loved being able to hike right from the front door! The snow blowers were in full action for early skiing, so we were able to enjoy impromptu sledding. The kitchen is perfect for those who like to cook. Linens and beds are super! Thank you for a great stay.
