This house features two porches, including a private deck off the Master Bedroom. There are chairs and table on this private deck. There is no need for air conditioning, as there are ceiling fans in every room, including the living room. The living room has a cathedral ceiling, with two skylights. The entire house is completely updated, and has a beautiful new kitchen with all the tools needed to cook.
There is also a gate, a stroller and a booster chair, to make the younger guests more comfortable. There are puzzles, games and videos for young and old to enjoy. There is a game of checkers, chess, and playing cards. Outside you may use the lighted basketball court and horseshoe pit well into evening, and we have provided balls and horseshoes for your use. You can put the ball game on TV and listen to it on the porch!! (or your favorite music)
All summer long deer can be found walking through the wooded, secluded surroundings. When the trees are full of leaves, the other houses in the community are barely visible, making the atmosphere cozy, quiet and secluded. The fall foliage display is breathtaking.
There is angled parking and a driveway long enough to accommodate 4 vehicles, if needed.
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years - these weeks are $1000. |
