Our Condo is on the 20th floor in Ariel Dunes 2 and has expansive views of the coastline from Miramar Beach to Destin. We have created a luxurious escape for you to enjoy. Our condo is professionally decorated with the finest furniture money can buy. We know that you will love your stay with us.
The master bedroom has a premium memory foam mattress with a queen size bed. You will sleep like a baby on our luxurious sheets. It has a flat screen TV and DVD player, clock radio and closet. This room includes a private vanity with toilet and access to the full bathroom which is also accessed from the hallway.
The living room features a coffee table. It also has a large 32 inch flat screen LCD TV with DVD player. A floor to ceiling sliding glass door, with silk window treatments, opens from the living room to the patio and offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen is fully equipped with GE Profile appliances which include a 26-inch side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, can opener and toaster in case you want to enjoy a romantic meal on our spacious patio while the sun sets.
After a long, fun filled day at the beach, your kids will fall deep asleep on our built in bunk beds with memory foam mattress. For your convenience, we added a GE Washer and dryer, so when you have to come back to reality after your vacation is over, you don’t immediately have to do laundry.
Ariel Dunes 2 is a, top of the line, brand new 24 story tower that has two huge pools and includes several fountains with large deck areas and plush landscaping. Great for the little ones is the zero entry level pool.
Ariel Dunes 2 has a Fitness Center with Steam room and Sauna that is only accessible for people who stay in Ariel Dunes 2.
The resort area features an affordable 18-hole championship golf course, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, beach service, water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Destin is "The Luckiest Fishing Village" so if you want to go deep sea fishing, let me know and I will set that up for you as well!

We had a one night stay and were very disappointed that we didn't reserve more than one day. Our visit was very pleasant. The condo was very clean, everything we possibly needed was provided from pots, pans, dvd player, utensils etc. The owners were very helpful and professional. We are definitley looking forward to many visits to the Aerial Dunes to come. This is officially our home away from home.

This is a very nice condo with an amazing view of the shoreline and lake. It's very clean with plenty of room. If you're planning a vacation to Destin and looking for a great place to stay, this condo will absolutey live up to your highest expectations.

The view from the 20th floor was amazing, we had several spectacular sunsets over the past week while we stayed in this beautiful condo. The unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I enjoyed the king sized bed and the fact that this unit had a table and chairs to sit and eat at instead of just bar stools. Marcella was super helpful and friendly answering multiple questions about the resort, condo and area restaurants. Would absolutly stay with Marcella again as I had stayed in Ariel Dunes before and this process from booking, through check in, until departure was much better than my previous experience and I attribute it to Marcella's helpfulness.

The property was perfect. My family of 4 visited for a long weekend in June 2010 and enjoyed the property immensly. The condo was very clean and very nicely decorated. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. The location of the condo was central to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Marcella was an excellent resource and so very attentive and helpful to us. We will definitely return... not soon enough!

Twice a year we paint the condo and get the carpets professionaly cleaned. We hope you will have a great stay at the condo. My kids, ages 4 and 1, love the bunk beds. They call it the bat cave. We had such a wonderful time at the Condo. I can’t believe that I was going to pay twice as much money for other places when your condo ended up being so perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds and we loved the gorgeous kitchen and all the amenities. We slept better at this condo than anywhere else we’ve stayed! Thanks so much and hopefully we’ll be back!

We had a wonderful one week stay. The views really were amazing, easy to spend hours on the balcony enjoying the white sand, aqua blue ocean view. The unit is modern and well equipped. Short walk to the beach. Overall, a very good setup.

What a great place! The condo was everything that was posted on the site and more. We thoroughly enjoyed the resort, beach, golf, etc. We cannot say enough great things about this condo. We also tried the recommended eating establishments (Dewey's Destin and Stinkys) and will will be adding them to our list of favorites to visit when in the area.
