Why the Owner Chose Herbage TownhomesThis is our home in the Summer. We only rent the townhome for the Ski SEASON!
The Unique Benefits at this TownhomeThe best comments from guests I have recieved is about the layout of the townhome. It has 5 levels, lots of privacy, quiet time, kids have their own area's to enjoy their time as well as the adults have theirs. The kitchen is also a big plus. Since Pat and I love to cook, I'm sure we have all the cookware you could possible need to create that perfect winter menu! It's big and spacious, a great social area while enjoying some down time from the days activities. Having the private Hot Tub and private Sauna is alot of fun for our guests, pick and choose where you would like that glass of wine in the evening with your friends, or that special someone! This townhome has it all, I guess that is why we only had 11 days open all last season and not ONE complaint from guests! We try to think of every need you will have during your stay, and our housekeeping crew is the best, when your arrive the townhome & hot tub have been cleaned and prepared for your once in a lifetime Steamboat Adventure!! With the proximity to the mountain you can jump on the free bus that runs every 10 minutes, or take the quick walk down the hill to the resort! Choosing the right place to stay on your ski vacation is so important...take the guess work out of it and read previous guests comments! Busses are FULL size and have racks for your skis and boards. The mountain line and the condo line both come to Herbage, it is a major covered stop with only a 2 minute ride to the Resort!! Also will drop you off for shopping and downtown!!

We stayed with two families. Townhome was several levels allowing everyone to spread out, and avoid being under foot. Owners have thought of everything that one could need, from games and sleds for the kids to extra blankets and heaters. Kitchen was big enough to seat us all! Nice Rental.

This townhouse was great! Very clean and with updated amenities with lots of space. The hot tub was new and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a nice meal. The washer and dryer were awesome. The beds were super comfortable with nice sheets and plenty of available blankets and pillows. The location was a short free bus ride to the lifts. The owners were easy and professional to work with and provided helpful information for new comers to Steamboat. We are considering a trip back to Steamboat this summer for hikinng and biking and will definately consider staying here again.

We loved the Herbage Townhome! The owners were extremely easy to communicate with, and provided great directions and recommendations. Great location, within steps to the bus which services the Steamboat Resort and downtown Steamboat. Our kids absolutely LOVED the special torchlight parade and firework display at the mountina on St. Patricks Day. Slept 10 comfortably.

This condo has a great location for easy access to the shuttle to town and the gondola. It is spread out over 5 levels so there is space for everyone to spread out. The main gathering places were the kitchen, the family room and back porch which gets the afternoon sun. It is very thoughtfully equipped with extra towels, electric blankets, humidifiers and flashlights. The skiing was great but it felt like April instead of March. The snow was hard in the morning and soft by late afternoon. Glorious!

We had a group of 6 stay at this home for 5 nights. We have zero complaints and truly had a relaxing stay at this beautiful home. The home is loaded with everything. The hot tub, sauna, kitchen utensils, and bedding were more than accommodating for our group. All aspects of the home are up-to-date and in excellent condition. The bus line stops right outside of the townhome as stated and gets you on the slopes in 2 minutes or less (the ride home is longer). Everything in the townhome is labeled well and gives clear instructions on use. We got plenty of powder making the trip perfect! Thanks again for the use of your home!

A January Week on the Steamboat Mountainside

Our stay in Steamboat was delightful. The townhome was very nice with a lovely big kitchen and dining area, a cozy loft with bunkbeds, and a desk for the person who couldn't leave their work at home. The bedrooms are spread out from the main floor master to an upstairs master, both with full baths. A basement bedroom would be the perfect spot for teen kids. The living room was comfortable with large couches, a huge TV and a kiddie area with toys. We took advantage of all of it. The hot tub was wonderful, clean and a perfect temperature. We didn't have a lot of snow at first, yet we found fun things to do. The shopping and dining were superb.The grocery stores provided us with all we needed for cooking. The visit to Strawberry Park Hot Springs in the mountains was not to be missed. It's an adventure. The last couple miles consisted of a rough road, but we made it in a front wheel drive jeep. The scenery is exquisite. We would go back to this townhome. It worked so well for our family of ten. The owners are caring, with great communication about every aspect of the stay.

Our stay in Steamboat Springs was the experience of a lifetime and staying in this house made it that much better. The hot tub is awesome after a day of skiing and the sauna was used almost every day! The location is perfect. If you are traveling with children, this house has everything you need, the playstation kept my son busy for a few hours! Thanks for letting us stay!
