"Happy Hour" is just a 1-2 minute walk to the magnificient pool; roughly 7 houses. Seacrest is growing by the minute so make certain you know where you're renting! Many homes are a 10 minute walk to the pool. Rent with confidence. We own our home so you won't have any worries about renting a soon-to-be bank-owned vacation property.
BEACH
The beach is a 5-6 minute walk or simply call the FREE BEACH SHUTTLE. The tram will come right to the front door where you can load up the chairs, coolers and kids and zip you right over to the beach steps!
AREA
A 12 minute car ride East will take you right to the new Pier Park. This park boasts a magnificient new movie theater, great restaurants, fun shoppes and tons of activities for kids and families. Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf, Panama City Beach, parks and many golf courses all are within a short drive. Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach (where you can find the infamous Red Bar) are all roughly a 10 minute drive west.

Why the Owner Chose Seacrest Beach Resort
It was a combination of things that sold us on Happy Hour. Our home is on one of the largest lots in the community. We are close enough to the pool where you can be there in a minute and at night still hear the tree frogs up there BUT we are far enough away that all the pool noise wouldn't bother us at 11:00pm when the pool closes. Rosemary Beach is a 3 minute bike ride away and with our perfect location there are a number of ways to access the beach and the community.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Happy Hour and Seacrest are between the new Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Both offer upscale restaurants, shopping and cute town squares. Festivals, concerts and people watching are some of the activities that come with the area. Our home is unique because of the 2 long and deep decks. We have fun furniture with a martini theme and even a large painted picnic table on one of the decks. This gives you another eating area outside and we love to have our morning coffee or an occasional card game out there. There is plenty of parking and we have a bench swing on the side of the house where you can sit with a cold drink and people watch :)

Our family loves Happy Hour! We have stayed two years in a row and we can't wait to go back. The house has everything you could want. We took four kids ages 8-15 and they all had a blast. The bikes that come with the house saved us money and we felt very comfortable letting the kids ride all around the area. The owner was easy to deal with. Now that we have experienced Seacrest, we don't won't to stay anywhere else! We would definitely recommend staying at Happy Hour!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Wow, what a blast our Seacrest vacation was! Happy Hour was a dream come true! From the outdoor shower (awesome) to the expansive front porches, we absolutely loved this house! We biked to the adorable shops and restaurants in Rosemary and SC... took the tram to the beach, lounged by the pool, and just enjoyed every minute of our family time together! The house is well-equipped, comfortable, ADORABLE, and convenient to everything! Thank you for sharing your very special home with us!

Happy Hour was AWESOME!!! So much better than you could ever imagine! You will be greeted by great open living areas downstairs, and super roomy bedrooms upstairs! We took advantage of all the extras...the bikes, the pool toys, the gas grill,the fully equipped kitchen, the amazing porches, upstairs and down. The home is decorated in such a way that you know you are a welcome guest. The area is totally family friendly! The kids learned the tram driver's all by name within two days! My husband and I traveled with 7 beautiful children (Our own 6 and an extra teenager!) . We truly had our best vacation ever, and Happy Hour is a great destination for your getaway, you will NOT be disappointed! We had never been to Seacrest Beach before, but hopefully will be able to return there many times! Homeowners are more than accomodating and will answer even a crazy Mother of 6's random questions about the area! Through the years, we've stayed many places along the Beaches of South Walton. That was until we found Happy Hour. Now, we can't stay anywhere else - we love it too much. Happy Hour is the crown jewel in the Seacrest Community. It didn't take us more than a moment to realize that we were somewhere very special. Happy Hour is not a vacation rental, it's a vacation HOME. The owners have gone way out of their way to ensure that guests have special and memorable vacations. From the ocean breezes on the porch and balcony, to the cozy, comfortable beds, to the kitchen that is better equipped than my own, to the toybox full of beach and pool toys, to the fun and interesting art and decor, to the handwritten welcome from the owners, to the clean and spacious rooms, to the excellent location, Happy Hour is a vacation destination in and of itself!

Don't miss the opportunity for some fabulous family memories! Happy Hour sets the tone for a fun vacation. It is adorable, fun, family friendly, clean, and relaxing!!! Every time we wondered if we'd have the right utensil or appliance, it was there! They thought of everything and then some. The community was friendly, safe, and welcoming. We loved everyone from the tram drivers to the pool staff to the grocery store employees! The location is so convenient we would spend the morning at the beach, clean off w/the wonderful outdoor shower, have lunch, then head to the pool for the afternoon and that was all w/5 kids 8-4!!! The pool is amazing, super close and super fun. Even the lawn by the pool was a great spot for the kids to play ball or have a 'treasure hunt.' Covered picnic spots, clean bathrooms... what more could you ask for??? My daughter cried herself to sleep the night before we had to go home! Then started up again as we pulled away! Book it now, you'll be glad you did!!! The panhandle area is beautiful but some spots are a bit hectic, you won't find that at Happy Hour. You're close enough to where you want to go and lucky enough to come back to peace and quiet!! We're dying to get back there!!!! Rachel Haulenbeek

"Happy Hour" and Seacrest Beach more than met our expectations for a great family beach vacation. The house is clean, bright and airy -- things we always look for in a vacation home. We loved the spacious porches and especially enjoyed having fresh Gulf seafood at the front porch picnic table. We really appreciated that the house was so well-equipped. It has a well-stocked kitchen, funny family movies, bikes and lots of "extras." One of the best things is the location of the house within the Seacrest Beach community. The pool (Yes, it is fabulous!) was only a two-minute stroll, and the tram was always quick at getting us and all our stuff to the beach. The Villages, with its synchronized fountains and new restaurants, and Rosemary Beach and its quaint shops, are both within a block or two. Seacrest Beach and "Happy Hour" are definitely gems of the Emerald Coast.
