Our beautifully constructed log home offers over 4,000 square feet of reclaimed and custom pieced material. Walls are alive with murals, embedded fossils and stones, and warm rustic texturing. The vivid décor includes furnishings and art from around the globe, incorporating works from local artists including stained glass work, mosaic pieced mirrors, Japanese shoji screens and handmade tiles. Located at 9200 feet elevation, our mountain home enjoys constant sunlight and solar gain, filling the house with a warmth that sets this house apart from other rentals. Epic views of the Continental Divide bring the natural beauty of Colorado indoors to this impressive home.

A full-function Bed and Breakfast, we offer a large master suite and main floor bedroom to one party at a time. Located on the patio level, the private suite has its own entrance and includes private spa amenities. Enjoy the wet cedar sauna and steam shower, then linger by the gas fireplace in the bedroom. The large living area with a home theater is a perfect place to enjoy a film and the mini bar offers tea service and a refrigerator so that guests can keep snacks at hand. We always use high end linens and towels and stock our suite with organic local soaps and teas, just a few of the details that makes the Casa stay different.

The main floor of the Casa offers common space and has a comfortable sitting area with a wood stove. Meals are served in the formal dining room and a large outdoor table is perfect for any meal. The adjoining solarium is a perfect place for sunning or doing yoga, set amidst thriving plants and fresh herbs that grace all of our meals. Patio space outdoors offers a firepit, outdoor dining area and plenty of space for enjoying the views and our lovely Aspen and Pine forests.

For larger parties, a second bedroom offers its own unique charm and design and can accommodate 2-3 additional adults. This bedroom enjoys an extra large California King bed and this cozy space is perfect for sleeping in! The view from this bedroom frames the Apen groves to the North and the quiet surrounds!

When you stay at Casa Colorado Bed and Breakfast, your party will be the only one we are hosting. Guest parties are invited to stay in the suite, and add the extra bedroom to accommodate larger parties as they need.

Private chef service is available and can accommodate anything from a romantic dinner to family style meals for larger parties. Full organic breakfasts are included in Bed and Breakfast stays and three and four course dinners are often the highlight of our guests' stays. Proprietress and Chef Morgan specializes in local and seasonal specialties, as well as vegetarian and vegan diets and can accommodate all other dietary restrictions and needs. This is five star dining in an intimate Colorado setting!

Outside, high altitude gardens offer constant blooms throughout the summer months and West-facing decks and patios overlook expansive views of the Continental Divide. Our chlorine-free hot tub is perfect for star gazing or relaxing after a day of activity. Sitting areas in the gardens and hammocks in the Aspen grove are delightful places to catch the cool summer breeze. Our awesome location provides stunning views and a sense of a secluded mountain retreat, but still allows for quick access to the charming town of Nederland and the more bustling activities found in Boulder, Golden and Denver. Favorite tourist destinations include Coors Brewery, Celestial Seasons, Red Rocks Amphitheater and the Stanley Hotel.
