Great place to relax and enjoy what the area has to offer. The kitchen was really comfortable to cook in, the decription of the condo was accurate, inside was clean and welcoming. I would recommend this to friends.

First off, Phillip was more than accommodating throughout our stay! He was accessible and gave very clear instructions upon arrival and for departure. The property was clean, affordable, and central to everything in town! He even provided a binder full of places to visit/dine at. I felt like I was staying at my very own home.. decor was lovely! We were very lucky to catch snow this trip as Tahoe was notorious for having a very dry season this winter.. It was absolutely beautiful! The trees and the property felt like the backyard to something out of the Chronicles of Narnia.. truly a sight to see.. All in all.. wish we could've had more time there as we didn't want to leave! Too much to do/see.. too little time. Thanks again Phillip! Can't wait to visit again this summer.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. We loved its proximity to Camp Richardson, groceries, and hiking trails. The pool and spa were right outside of the condo, and parking was convenient and covered. Phil was very accomodating and resolved a minor plumbing problem quickly. The condo was comfy homey, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
