Ocean View Beachcomber Beauty. West coast style, three bedrooms, two bath home with lovely ocean and mountain views, located on a quiet dead end street in ever popular Beachcomber, Nanoose Bay. The home boasts soaring vaulted cedar ceilings, sunken living room with floor to ceiling rock fireplace, luxurious bath with corner soaker tub and custom designed shower, numerous patios and decks to capture all the sea life and surrounding nature. The backyard has stamped concrete patio, landscaping with rocks, shrubs and fish pond with waterfall and only a short walk to the marina. Across the street is the beach.

Home is 2200 sq feet with family room, living and dining rooms, kitchen with eating area and two bedrooms with queen beds, master has king bed with your own private patio. Sit in the morning with your coffee and watch the deer wander by, see the eagles fly and hear the sea lions. The home has a laundry room, secure garage and fully fenced yard.

The large private gardens have many places to sit and view the cruise lines passing by and watch nature.
We are 15 minutes to Nanaimo, two hours to Victoria, three hours to Tofino and Ucluelt, Parksville/Qualicum is 15 to 20 minutes. Whale watching is available from many areas around.

  • Just thought I’d drop you a line to let you know how very much we enjoyed our vacation in your Nanoose Bay house. We’ve rented many times before, mostly in the US, but yours was the best equipped one we’ve ever had. The house was great for entertaining, which we did a few times with our friends who live on the Island. The view was lovely and the neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet. We’d rent it again in a flash and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it if asked.

  • We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at this property. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. The seashore is nearby along little paths, and there are many secret coves to discover. The roads are very quiet, and safe for our small children. A dozen deer sleep on the front lawn. Hummingbirds regularly visit the garden. Tha back garden has a little pond with waterfall, next to a chiminea. The nights are utterly quiet. Cathedral Grove is an hour away by road, and the spectacular Rathtrevor Beach is just 15 minutes away. We loved this house and this neighbourhood.
