The great room includes a 52" plasma HDTV and DVD player. There is also a full kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room table with seating for 8. The large master bedroom also has a plasma TV, queen size bed, and private bathroom with a large tile shower, and walk in closet. The guest bedroom also has a plasma TV, and has a queen bed, and a double bed, sleeping 3-4. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top, a full on the bottom and sleeps 3 as well. While all will be comfortable, the 3rd bedroom is ideal for yours kids. There is a TV, VCR, movies, and toys. There is also a 2 car garage for all your big toys. Numerous off-road trails are nearby.

Why the Owner Chose Moab
Rim Village is one of the best locations in Moab. I like so much that this unit is where I stay in the off season. It is close enough to town (5 minutes) that nothing is far away, and it gets you away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. This unit is in the last phase of the complex, so everything is new and you toward the edge of the development. This means more parking, less traffic, more seclusion and better views.
