Welcome to Caribbean Resort UNIT 1601 - a corner 3 Bedroom/3 Bath PLATINUM LEVEL condominium unit with an upgraded Kitchen - Granite Counters and Stainless Appliances. This Unit is professionally decorated in upscale British West Indies Style with Designer Tile throughout.
Unit 1601 is a 16th Floor East side End Unit ("two corner" unit - both Southeast and Northeast corners) with floor to ceiling windows providing incredible 270 degree views of both the Beach (Gulf/Ocean) and the Sound (Santa Rosa Sound). These spectacular views can also be enjoyed from the Main Gulf-Front Balcony or the Back Sound-View Balcony.
BEACH SERVICE - 4 CHAIRS/ 2 UMBRELLAS.Your visit with us at Tranquility Place includes Beach Service from March 1st - October 31st - All you have to do is tell the service that you are guests at Caribbean Resort 1601 and they will get you ready for your day on that beautiful white sand with your own chairs and umbrella!

MASTER BEDROOM – King Bed, floor to ceiling Ocean Front Windows and sliding glass door to Main Ocean Front Balcony, 42” HDTV, DVD, Ceiling Fan, Light Dimmer, Walk-in Closet, Master Bathroom with upgraded Double Vanities and Large Jacuzzi Tub.
GUEST BEDROOM – King Bed, 37” HDTV, DVD, and VCR (movies in dresser cabinet,) Ceiling Fan, Light Dimmer, Walk-in Closet, Center Bathroom with upgraded Vanity and a shower/tub.
LOCKOUT BEDROOM - (3rd Bedroom/2nd Master), Queen Bed, Floor to Ceiling Windows with views of Ocean and Sound and sliding glass door to Sound View Balcony, 42” wall mounted HDTV, DVD, 2 Ceiling Fans, Light Dimmers, Stereo, small screen TV in cabinet with VCR. Third Bathroom with upgraded Vanity and a shower/tub.
For extra privacy the Lockout unit has two entrances, interior door from the main condo entry hall area and an exterior door from the elevator area.
Lockout also has an efficiency Kitchenette with Granite Counter, Microwave, and Sink.
LIVING ROOM - (Great Room) has Leather Sleeper Sofa with Queen mattress, Two Rocker/Swivel Recliner Chairs, 42” HDTV w/Surround System Sound, BLU-ray High Definition DVD player, regular DVD/VCR player, Stereo with IPod connectivity, over-sized Ceiling Fan, and Light Dimmers.

DINING ROOM (continuation of Living Room) has Large Table with comfortable seating for eight. Spectacular views of both the Ocean and Sound through floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. Deluxe Light Fixture has dimmer for just the right ambiance.
KITCHEN has Upgraded Cabinets, Beautiful Granite Countertops, GE Profile Stainless Steel Appliances, Side-by-side Refrigerator with Ice and Filtered Water dispenser, Built-in Microwave, and Breakfast Bar open to Great Room. Kitchen is fully stocked, probably the best supplied kitchen on the rental program.
WASHER/DRYER - New LG Front Loading Oversize Washer and Dryer. (Detergent for 2 loads provided)
The Caribbean Resort has ONLY 3 UNITS PER FLOOR resulting in a residential feel - More Privacy - Only unit off the East Elevator on the 16th Floor.
We have a Pool, 2 Hot Tubs, a shaded Lanai Area, a covered Porteco-Chere Entrance, and a Grilling Area with Tables.

AMAZING Condo with AMAZING Views!

We made our plans based on this site and the condo's website. The reservations were for 2 adults and 3 teens. We did not share any details of the condo until we arrived. The 16 year old girl LOVED her lockout room and balcony. We NEVER saw her :-). The accomodations were Top of the Line. The kitchen was stocked with very nice cookware and there was nothing more we needed. Dealing with the owners was very pleasant and they provided answers to everything we needed. The added DVD/VHS library was a blast as we watched 80's movies each morning during breakfast. The 4 chairs on the beach set up was awesome. Each morning the chairs were waiting for us on the beach. I could not have asked for a better place to stay and the kids are already asking when we are going again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We stayed in this condo the summer of 2009. It was fabulous! The owners are as maticulous with their property as we are with ours. Made for a very comfortable stay. The view is spectacular. We enjoyed eating meals on the balcony, where I personally enjoyed taking afternoon naps. We were able to spot dolphin, sting ray, and shark from the condo! This condo is very quiet - perfect for a family. The lock-out was perfect for our 19 year old sons. We had a total of eight people with us and had plenty of room. It is also accomodating for elderly since there are no stairs to climb. The garbage chute is conveniently located (no carrying garbage to another floor), and the carts are convenient for carrying luggage and groceries. We travel the the gulf almost every summer, staying at a different spot. So far, Navarre Beach is our absolute favorite (even over Destin!)...we love it so much, we are going back this summer. This will mark the first summer that we've returned somewhere that we've stayed previously. We only need a small condo this year, else we'd be staying with the Wood's again!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

This is top of the line. We spent 2 weeks here fall of 09. The condo is beautiful & has everything you would need (+some). The view is absolutely wonderful. The owners have put lots of extras in the unit. Kitchen has lots of storage space & very well equipped. The funiture is very comfortable. Loved having the stereos. The owners were great to work with. We rented for this year before leaving last year. You can't go wrong with this condo.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
