This fabulous 5th floor penthouse is like no other penthouse at Beach Resort. The only penthouse on the 5th floor to have a wrap around balcony where you can enjoy the white sandy beaches, the crystal blue ocean, and watch the fishing boats and parasail's all from your balcony.

This brand new complex in Destin is located just across the street from the beautiful white sandy beach and includes top-rated amenities with a 4,500 square foot zero entry pool with an infinity edge, the best pool on the beach! It has a separate heated spa. Kids can play in the water play area and under the water fountain while adults are sunning nearby. Barbeque grills and poolside restrooms are located in the cabana area.

This unit has many fine details and upgrades and has been professionally decorated with custom window treatments, bright beach colors, 2 large flat screen TVs which includes a 37" TV in the living room and a 27" TV in the master bedroom. The bunk room includes a TV and DVD player with game outlets. The beautifully decorated master bedroom has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress and extra thick mattress pad along with 440 thread count sateen sheets. Plenty of drawer and closet space for your belongings.

The large living room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The dining area seats 4 with additional seating at the bar to also accommodate 4. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer and all the extras to feel like home.   • Stayed in this condo from 8/8/09 to 8/15/09 and LOVED it! We were WOWED by the huge wrap-around balcony and amazing gulf view. My kids (4 & 7) loved the bunk beds and pool. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The master bed was SO comfortable...more than my own, in fact! We really had a hard time leaving! Through-out the booking/rental process, Debbie was very professional and quickly responded to my questions/concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

  • This is a long overdue comment on this condo. We have stayed in this condo three times, which should speak for itself. We visit Destin 2-3 times a year and we always, I mean always check with Debbie to see if it is available. The condo is ALWAYS clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Debbie is quick to respond to any questions we may have. The bed is an absolute dream to sleep on and the couch is one of the reasons we don't really leave the condo when we visit. We have stayed in other condos(only because hers wasn't available) and trust me we spend the whole time saying we wish we were in Debbies! When we had an emergency during our last stay, Debbie was quick to come to our aid. Trust us...the only place to stay is in one of her condos! Trust us!!

  • Just wanted to let you know how much we LOVED your condo! We had the best time! We've stayed in Beach resort in 2 other units so we already knew we would enjoy the pool and beach, but your condo was by far the nicest in the complex. We loved the balcony and the extra space. The view was gorgeous. You have decorated it beautifully - just perfect for the beach. And the beds were soooo comfy. We came back home all golden brown and totally relaxed!
