Our family of 5 (Dad, Mom and three kids 9,7 and 5) had a fantastic time in the cabin. Lots of room, a beautiful view, well appointed kitchen and very fun hot tub. The scripture verses and Bibles throughout the cabin made us feel right at home and the whole place was cozy and comfortable. We plan to return whenever we can make it back to Tennessee. Would give it more than five stars if we could!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Kim & Rick, We want to thank you for sharing your Mountain Blessing with our family. It truely is a "Blessing"! The Cabin is beautiful and met all our needs. We felt the presence of the Lord when we walked in--so peaceful. We look forward to going back in the near future! Also we loved the cabin next door .- Would be great when just Lee and I want to get away! The view was breath -taking and we did get to see the Eagles on our last day there. 10 of them came from the mountain on the right and flew right in front of us!! Thanks again Debbie FosterRecommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Thanks Kim for the wonderful vacation my family and I enjoyed at Mountain Blessing. It has the most beautiful setting and view. It was wonderful to relax in the hottub and look out over the valley at the lights from town. Our kids had a blast with the racoon. Everything was great even the 2 hour wait for the pizza ordered in - they said with traffic and the mountain climb it would be that long and it was. Worth the wait. Thanks for thinking of all the things you would need if you forgot them yourself. Hope to see you again soon.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

We took a group of 12 ladies to this beautiful home for a ladies retreat. It was very peaceful, you can't stay here and not feel closer to God. The cabin was decorated beautifully, and very well stocked with all we needed. We had a blast playing the Wii and watching a few of the great movies Kim had there. The snow was beautiful falling and an added blessing sent by God. We enjoyed the fact that it was so close to things, It made it very easy to take a trip around the Arts and Crafts loop in Gatlinburg and to visit The Miracle Theatre and Old Mill House Restaurant in Pigeon Forge, (and we can't forget the shopping there also.) MOST of all we enjoyed the beautiful view, it was breathtaking ! We felt like we were on top of the world. Kim is fantastic to work with and we are already making plans for next year. You can't go wrong if you stay here, you will fall in love with this fantastic place. The pictures do not do justice for the cabin or the view. Thanks Kim for sharing this wonderful place, Pat and ladies of Victory Baptist Church, Lattimore, NCRecommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
Owner response: It's always a privilege to provide our cabin home for others to "get away from it all." Thank you for the opportunity and looking forward to doing it again in the future. Blessings!

We stayed at Mountain Blessing September 26 and 27th, 2010. We certainly wish we could have stayed longer. The view was spectacular and the cabin was equipped with everything you would need with the excetion of your food. Sitting on the deck and rocking watching the sun set was wonderfully relaxing. We will be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 2008
About the owner: Welcome to Mountain Blessing. My husband and I purchased our cabin in May of 2008 as an investment that has turned into a passion. We are continually updating/working to maintain our cabin home. This vacation rental has allowed me to meet so many wonderful people. It's a privilege to provide our cabin home for others 'to get away from it all'. Our goal is to provide an awesome, clean cabin at an affordable cost. Just one trip to our cabin home and you'll know why it's called 'Mountain Blessing'.
Why the Owner Chose Pigeon Forge:
Prior to purchasing our cabin home, my husband and I rented a cabin in the area a couple of times. We decided Pigeon Forge/Sevierville TN was a great family oriented destination with so much to offer. After scouting out the area with our Realtor, we fell in love with the area. Once we saw the view at 'Mountain Blessing', we fell in love with our cabin home.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Our favorite thing to do is to have a few days to 'get away' to the cabin. Unfortunatley, it doesn't happen as often as we'd like. The most awesome part of our cabin is the view. We actually purchased 'Mountain Blessing' for the view. It is breath taking-pictures on the website do not do the view justice. In the spring, summer and fall months, eagles (we're told they are called Golden Eagles) soar in the sky around the cabin. The wing span of these birds is so wide-and the birds are so majestic looking as they fly and float in the air.
