Fox Farm Cottage is everything described and more. A perfect location to discover the Valley, Portland, Columbia River Gorge and more. The house is spotless, very comfortable and well appointed. The gardens, hot tub and fire pit make the outdoor area very special. Heidi is a wonderful host and dinner at Joel Palmer House is a must do- fantastic food. Would also recommend Red Hills Market cafe for great food and coffee.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We loved our stay at Fox Farm Cottage. My sister and brother in law joined my husband and me for a for four day, three night stay. The house was stocked with coffee and breakfast items, the beds were very comfortable, and we were able to take advantage of the hot tub and laundry facilities after mornings spent hiking in the local area. In the afternoons we went wine tasting, arriving home each evening with a bottle of wine to share in one of the four different seating areas. We bbq'd each evening on the gas grill, taking advantage of the local fresh seafood market in Newburg. My only suggestion would be to add ceiling fans in the bedrooms to create better air circulation.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We recently stayed at the Fox Farm Cottage for touring the Willamette Valley for three days before moving up to Portland for our daughter’s graduation. The cottage was perfect and the location was ideal. We were able to having relaxing mornings before going out and touring the vineyards. Not only did Heidi make us feel welcomed, but the accommodations were simply the best. Be sure to fit in a very nice meal at the Joel Palmer House!! We highly recommend the Fox Farm Cottage and we look forward to coming back, soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Fox Farm Cottage was the perfect spot for a weekend in Oregon's Wine Country. The cottage is comfortable and welcoming, well-equipped, and situated on a beautiful property. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a happier accommodation. We would certainly choose the Cottage again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The home was clean and well-cared for. My husband and I used the hot tub and there were plenty of towels, it was well-maintained and easy to use. The setting is beautiful. We plan to return when the weather is warmer so we can make use of the beautiful outdoor dining area.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I would highly recommend this VRBO property. Heidi is extremely thoughtful, and the home reflects her attention to detail and desire for you to be comfortable. Located central to so many fabulous wineries, we stayed for the weekend and can't wait to go back. I realized too late that I wouldn't have time to ship the wine had had purchased and Heidi very kindly offered to take it to the shipper after we left. She was also extremely helpful in choosing wineries and restaurants. I have already recommended it to many friends and colleagues!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our recent stay at Fox Farm Cottage lived up to all our expectations and then some. Cozy cottage atmosphere nicely appointed inside and out. Perfect size for 2 couples and very close to Dundee and numerous wineries. We had perfect weather to take advantage of outdoor sitting by the firepit and early morning coffee in the hot tub. Owners Heidi and Jack were very attentive and most helpful. Stocked with all you need for breakfast and some great coffee. A great grill for cooking which we did because we so enjoyed relaxing outside the cottage we hated to leave once we had returned from our day's outings. We are hoping to return next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

In planning a week-long vacation for two couples from New York, we knew we had found the perfect spot when we came across Fox Farm Cottage. The house was a good size for four people with enough room to relax, and came with everything we needed: a full kitchen, a grill, an outdoor fire pit (this was utilized every single night we were there), and even an outdoor hot tub. Heidi was so accomodating and pleasant to work with, and she even picked fresh apples, rosemary and cucumbers from her garden for us to cook with. The house is conveniently located just off of the main drag of 99W but is far enough away from everything to be quiet and peaceful. Fox Farm Cottage was exactly what we were looking for, we will definitely want to book it again if we are back in Oregon wine country.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
