Why the Owner Chose Wailea Ekolu
We've been coming to Maui for many years, have rented many condos, (some better than others), and have always dreamed of having a home here. We love relaxing with friends after a day at the beach, and always thought Ekolu Village was a quiet, low density complex in a convenient location, with great views.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When you drive up to Wailea Ekolu, it is a well cared for property with beautiful, mature landscaping. Parking is right outside your own private entry, no hallways or elevators. The amazing sunsets from the lanai, and dining on fresh Hawaiian fish, hot from our electric grill, is our recipe for a perfect evening in paradise. The Maui film festival, local Wailea Beaches, The Shops at Wailea, local attractions, great restaurants, exploring island towns and shops, and the proximity to Big Beach/Little Beach are some of our favorite things about this location.
We've tried to create a comfortable environment, and to perfectly outfit our Wailea Ekolu home. Combined with our spirit of Aloha, we hope the condo is welcoming, warm, and lacks for nothing. We love spoiling our guests, and want everyone to enjoy staying at the condo as much as we do.

Aloha Pumehana from Ray and Donald, We are the owners of VRBO#196589 in Wailea Ekolu, (the photo is of our on-island manager, Lorraine). It is our pleasure to welcome you as our guests on Maui. We have tried to outfit our vacation condo with the hope that you will experience the most wonderful vacation possible, and feel as though you have been pampered in the lap of luxury. Our island home is your island home. The condo has been recently renovated and outfitted with everything you could possibly need. We've made very effort to provide everything to make you feel at home, plus much that caters specifically to Maui. The living room is equipped with a state of the art entertainment center, the kitchen is fully stocked with every item you might need, there is even a closet filled with boogie boards, umbrellas, and beach gear. Lorraine provides starter supplies, like laundry soap, kitchen and bath soaps, and paper goods so you don't have to go out and buy all of it when you get here. She's always on call, as well, for helpful hints and any assistance you might need. You are in good hands as she is a professional realtor on Maui. ... We live and work in San Francisco and run our own wall upholstery and window covering business that caters to the interior design business.

I stayed here with my wife and 9 year old boy. It is an excellent location (for not being on the beach) and has everything you might need stocked in the property. No surprise the owners are in the interior design field as the inside is very well decorated. The lighting is masterfully done and there are all kinds of personal touches from furniture to audio & video entertainment to kitchen supplies. No doubt that you can entertain yourselves and friends with the resources. The view from the lanai is incredible! You are less than 2.0 miles from pristine beaches of your choice. We spent most of our beach time at Wailea Beach just below the Grand Wailea. It's a mere 1.1 driving miles to the public parking lot for Wailea Beach which positions you next to a rinsing shower and 9 iron distance to the water. I'd recommend staying here to anybody I know! You won't be disappointed unless you want waves crashing a stones throw away from your location. Lorraine did a bang up job welcoming us and co-ordinating our arrival and departure. Thanks Lorraine and thank you owners for making this property available to share with us.

What a fabulous condo! This was the first time we have ever rented a condo on vacation and we would definatley do it again. The condo has everything that you need and more. Lorraine was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From the breathtaking views to wonderfully comfortable beds we couldn't have asked for more.
