To get there, you take a direct flight to Tahiti and then a 45 minute island hopper to Bora Bora.

The Black Pearl is the most gorgeous, romantic, and luxurious over-water bungalow in French Polynesia. This unique, recently built, 1,400 square-foot one bedroom, over-water property is part of a small luxury complex started by Marlon Brando and Jack Nicholson. In fact, it is the only privately owned over water rental in all of French Polynesia. The over water bungalow is surrounded by coral reefs, coconut palm-fringed beaches, and commands an unforgettable view of the calm turquoise waters of the protected lagoon.
Dive in from your private dock or just relax on the large lanai. It features a large bedroom, bath (With walk in shower, separate bathtub and accented with Italian marble) living room, and kitchen -- with incredible views of the lagoon through panoramic bay windows and sliding patio doors. Custom imported tiles cover the floors and bathroom walls. Large bamboo furniture completes the South Seas island feel. For swimming or snorkeling, walk down four steps on your private dock and dive right in. Surrounding the bungalow, you can swim and snorkel for hours. Our over water home is the perfect location for snorkeling, walking hiking and swimming. Paradise surrounds you. If you need help with rental cars, mopeds, international or domestic flights, we can help with that too. We have many returnees and we are confident that this will be your vacation of a lifetime! Our rates are very affordable, especially if you've checked out the prices of some of the 4 and 5 star hotels on the island. Our home is a true travel bargain. Cancellation Policy: Deposit: the deposit paid at time of booking is non-refundable.
Rental payment: The balance of rental payment is due no later than 2 months prior to arrival. During that 2 months period, the cancellation is non-refundable, to the following exception: At the guest's request, nights canceled can be re listed as available on our web site. The nights rebooked will be refunded.
