For anyone seeking a special visit to Denver, this home offers a peek into the future. Just blocks from hundreds of shops and restaurants & luxury amenities of North Cherry Creek, this neighborhood is dotted with exclusive homes up to $7,000,000. This home has just been gutted and remodeled to state of the art contemporary offering an incredible experience. Just 2 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths, this modern 'treehouse" offers cutting edge technology (2 57 " flat screen TV's, 1 42", and even a flat screen in "her" bath. A lovely office with high speed internet, fax, copy that overlooks the street and neighborhood through a wall of glass. The maser bedroom is up a floating glass staircase, and shares this floor with his bath, her bath and the office. Glass tiles, Swarovski crystal drawer handles, fine art provide a space you can revel in. The open floor plan of the main floor makes the best of your relaxation time. Serving will be as much fun when you experience the fabulous table top items stored for you delight. A half bath, with a futuristic pedestal sink and a waterfall faucet, exposed brick wall and still more fabulous art make a quick break fun. Whirlpool state of the art washer & dryer are that your service. A lovely walk out patio just through that wall of glass, allows you to enjoy the many good days of Denver's weather, in privacy above the street. The lower level offers another sitting area with a 42 " flat screen,, two massage chairs to work any kinks, and a full bath with deep whirlpool tub, more glass tiles, and a king bed & a queen sleeper.
Either park in the garage or on the street, using hard to obtain, cherry creek parking passes. This is not the best bargain in Denver, or perhaps it is, for the discerning.
