Hi, We are Suzanne and Santiago, American and a professional in the tourism industry and Santiago, a Spaniard and IT professional. The apartment is very well located for Madrid sightseeing as well as day trips out of the city.

Characteristics of the apartment:
- Air conditioning just installed.
- WIFI - just installed!
- 430 SQUARE FEET or 40 square meters. Perfect for 4 people, but can hold up to 6 (we recommend these be children) as their are sofabeds!
- TREE LINED no outlet street, quiet and tranquil.
- Major train station 4 blocks from (Atocha). Trains to: 30 mins. to Toledo, Cordoba, Sevilla.
- Essentials right down the street: supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants & our favorite tapas bar just 3 blocks away.
- PUERTA DE SOL a 15 minute metro ride and a 15-20 minute walk to Museum Mile!

Economical rates for longer stays. Prepayment to guarantee reservation required and fully refundable safety deposit required on arrival and returned to you on check out. We supply bed linens and towels for your stay, as well as "starter" household goods like toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen has all the basics, pots and pans for preparing basic meals.

  • We had an absolutely fabulous time renting from Suzanne & Santiago. The accomodations were perfectly located, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was safe and we could walk everywhere. By the end of our second week we felt like permanent residents and didn't want to leave. Thanks again for making the trip perfect!!

  • Our family of six recently enjoyed one week in Madrid. The apartment is centrally located on a quiet street near shopping, banks, restaurants, parks, museums, and public transportation. The unit has an updated bathroom and fully equiped kitchen. We felt very comfortable and safe in the neighborhood. Suzanne and Santiago, thanks for helping us enjoy a wonderful stay in Madrid!
