**Punta Esmerelda Resort**

The Punta Esmeralda Resort has architecturally landscaped jungle terrain, all three homes feature an ocean view with private infiniti plunge pools with excellent views of Banderas Bay offering direct beach frontage which extends to over 10 miles of walking beach.

Set between the charming Mexican towns of Bucerias and La Cruz, abundant golf, marina services, fishing, outdoor activities, essential services and the attractions of Puerto Vallarta are within five to 20 minutes. Extensive resort amenities include pools, tennis, spa and beach clubs.

Just one stop light from the quaint town of Bucerias or walk the beach for 30 minutes and you are in centro with its attractive square and church. Plenty of services cater to vacationers and a host of restaurants with live entertainment.

Only a mile or so from the restaurants and fish markets of La Cruz. For those of you that want to catch the perfect wave, we are also 20 minutes away from the surf town of Sayulita and other surfing hot spots north of Puerto Vallarta.

About 30 minutes to the historic center and boardwalk of charming Puerto Vallarta for nightlife, shopping and dining.

Located between Bucerias and La Cruz in the Nayarit Riviera, 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) and 20 minutes for surfing in Sayulita!

This vacation home has three private terraces, a fully equipped kitchen with unobstructed ocean views and stainless steel appliances, five burner gas range and granite counter tops.

The Master Suite has an on-suite bathroom and a queen bed with 1,500 thread count linens with private access to the terrace.

Guest Room #1 has on-suite bathroom and a queen bed with 1,500 count linens.

Guest Room #2 has off-suite bathroom and two twin beds with 1,500 count linens.

Travertine marble through the home as well as the bathrooms, all bathrooms are beautifully decorated.
