The town home is a two bedroom, two bathroom bathroom 1,200 sq. ft mini palace. Upon entry, expect marble floors throughout, granite slab counter tops and top of the line furnishings that reflect all of the best Mexican Comtemporary décor has to offer.
The spectacular entry of Girasol 103 is stunning as you take in the ocean views of Banderas Bay in Nayarit on the Mexican Riviera. The living room features thirty feet of glass sliding doors which opens up to the patio with an infiniti pool, patio furniture, lounging chairs, umbrellas and a gas grill for sunset bar-b-queing and sipping wine or cerveza! The large living room features ample comfortable leather sofas and gourmet dining for eight. The fully equipped kitchen has granite slab counter tops with a breakfast bar that seats four and stainless steel appliances which include a five burner gas range stove top and oven, a dishwasher and side by side refrigerator with ice and water. A large walk-in pantry with plenty of shelving and storage for all your groceries and dry goods.
The Master Suite features a matrimonial sized bed and offers a private entry to the patio with the infiniti pool, flat screen lcd and dvd player. Master has full on-suite full bathroom.
Guest Suite #1 has built in cabinetry and shelving and features a matrimonial sized bed.
One of the eight community pools, (ONE is heated) in the Punta Esmeralda Resort is located just short steps away and has plenty of lounging and reclining chairs and umbrellas .
The five star Resort itself is an impressive international community of friendly people with winding paths filled with perfectly manicured shrubs that line all of the walk ways. The well cared for grounds and landscaping throughout features plentiful palm trees, a variety of bright flowers and grass. With an open air structure called a Palapa with a WiFi connection has plenty of seating and is closely located to the full service spa. And two tennis courts. An air-conditioned gym with a glass pane view of the Bay has several cardio pieces, free weights and well maintained new circuit training equipment. A small outdoor restaurant with a simple menu with delicious food and drink is open daily.
The Resort is conveniently located on the line of Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle which means getting around the variety of places this area has to offer is easy. Getting a taxi or catching the bus is a breeze, all you have to do is decide where you want to go for the day. The whole town of Bucerias is very clean and the people that live in the area are very friendly and helpful. Punta Esmeralda Resort is located approximately 15 minutes for the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) and 20 minutes away from Sayulita and several surrounding artistic communities with great food of varying eclectic tastes and pallets.
