Upgraded Mt.Bachelor Village Loft Condo + includes IKON pass holder offer

Located in Ski Three complex near the pool, this loft unit features a 1st floor master bedroom & adjoining full bath (*renovated/winter '24) The 2nd floor-loft area includes a full size bed & day bed w/twin trundle also with full bath. Including a new La-z-boy sleeper sofa in the living room, up to 6 guests can be accommodated comfortably.

Interior includes granite counters, hickory hardwood floors, slate tile & comfortable furnishing throughout. An updated Kitchen provides new range oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher plus oversized gas grill on the private balcony covering most any cooking needs.

In addition on the back deck an installed sunpak natural gas heater provides radiant warmth overhead.
Inside, remote controlled gas-fireplace & a/c unit monitor living room temps, with a second a/c unit covering the loft upstairs. A stack washer/dryer in the hallway simplifies laundry.

Cleaning expenses are limted to $100 surcharge and provided by in-house staff. Due to housekeepings requirements 2-nights is minimum booking.
* IKON pass holder offer is one complimentary night added to any booking of at least 3 nights.

Entertainment options include 60"4k Tv, cable & wifi in-house thru TDS, blue-ray player, Sonos streaming-music, PlayStation 4 + Netflix.

Mount Bachelor Resort amenities included (pool, 2 hot tubs, river trail access)
As well as complementary use of in-house recreation equipment:

The condo was as described and as in the photos. Dry clean. Enjoyed using the hot tub each night. Close walk to the hot tubs. The fireplace kept the condo warm. It was perfect for our short stay.

Fantastic Location

We loved staying here. The community is perfect - great space, access to a walking trail along the river, a pool and hot tubs, and close proximity to town. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend in Bend!

Nice having a deck, but it was dirty and dusty. We ended up sweeping it before use. The condo was rather tight (space-wise) for four adults. The TV with a DVD player was a plus. We cooked in both nights, but found the knives rather dull for cutting and chopping vegetables. The location was great. I would stay here again, but with just my husband and I.

Very clean condo in a convenient location to Mt. Bachelor and a nice community. Just wish that the village hot tub was up and running, but the hosts do give you a guest pass to the local gym to use their pool/hot tub if wanted.

I'm a Ohio native, moved to central Oregon in 2012 for the recreation & mountain town lifestyle. While traveling with work, keeping tabs here along with our local team and being able to share this area offering so much really can feel difficult to refer to as work at times.

Why they chose this property

The Central location to most activities in Bend. Short walk down to River trail, Old mill district. Despite the conveniences, the grounds are also private, wooded and quiet.

What makes this property unique

Old growth ponderosa pines tower around the 2nd floor balcony deck. Within the desirable Century westside neighborhood, however set off Cascades Hwy the mountain is less than 15 minutes away.
