When you stay in this condo you will be in the Heart of Keystone's fabulous River Run Village -The focal point of Keystone Resort. This condo is in the Silver Mill Building and is just steps to the Summer activities in the village and a three-minute walk to the gondola for quick and easy access to skiing in the Winter.
As you enter our Condo you will notice a Very Clean, attractively decorated unit where you will take in the Cozy Living Room with gas Fireplace and comfortable updated furnishings. There is a flat screen tv, dvd and plenty of seating for your group. There is a dining area with seating for 4 located next to the kitchen which is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Step into the Bedroom with a quality queen size mattress, updated bedding, tv, armoire, closet and nightstands with plenty of storage. There is also a large bathroom with a tub/shower combination. .
Step outside of our ski condo and find yourself in the middle of a charming Pedestrian Village boasting great Restaurants, quaint shops and buzzing year round with many festivals and activities. There are Amenities in the village that no other location in Keystone can offer. In the winter you can Ski all day, then enjoy the Food and Nightlife in the River Run Village, -ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE! You may not need your car until you leave.
There is an underground, heated Parking Garage where you will park your car with luggage carts available to assist you in unloading your car in one trip. A new fitness room was added Summer 2010 and it is gorgeous! There is a private ski locker on the ground level for your skis and other outdoor equipment. You can also enjoy the Sauna and Hot Tubs just a few steps from the building and a Heated Pool just a quick walk across the courtyard. There is no better location in all of Keystone Resort!

I, and my two boys (16 and 8 years old), stayed at this property from Monday, January 3, to Saturday, January 8, 2011. This condo served as our base during a four day ski adventure. The condo was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and all of the items that we were told about or expected to be in place were there. The decor and furnishings were all up to date and tasteful. It provided a very cozy and homey atmosphere, which made our stay even more enjoyable than it otherwise would have been. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including a crock pot and coffee maker. Cooking and eating meals in the condo was as easy as it is at home. We kept our skis in the lockers on the first floor, and around 8:00 a.m. we put on our ski apparel and boots, took the elevator downstairs, picked up our skis, and arrived at the gondola around 8:20 a.m. It was truly amazing compared to how we've done it in the past while staying at properties that required either a free bus ride or a drive in our car to the slopes. We even came back to the condo for lunch, which added maybe ten minutes when compared to eating at the summit, but cost a lot less. During our stay, almost the entire building was occupied by a large group from Louisiana State University. I was a little concerned on our first day when I learned this; however, during the entire week there was not one audible peep from this group. I was amazed. We had a quiet stay. to answer the listing guideline questions: 1. yes, very accurate description of the location 2. yes, photos accurately reflected the appearance and amenities 3. yes, very well maintained and clean 4. yes, owner was very helpful 5. YES, ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND OR RELATIVE 6. We had a great meal at Ruby Tuesday's Overall I rate our stay as well above my past experiences and expectations. When we need a 1 bedroom place in Keystone again, I will definitely look here first. thank you Cindy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Silver Mill. The condo was clean and close to everything that we wanted to do. It was very nice to have the ski locker and free parking. The owners were also very helpful answering questions and giving recommendations for our trip. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.

I very much liked this condo, it was cozy, clean, and all appliances needed are readily available.There are also DVDs, games and puzzles available. It is really well located, walking distance to the gondola, and close to shops and restaurants, etc. The hot tub is great, and there were towels supplied at the hot tub for everyone.

Silver Mill 8262 is the perfect combination of location and comfort. The unit is very clean, perfectly furnished and an easy walk to the gondola. Underground parking is a snap and the first floor ski locker is convenient. All needed supplies were available including a full size kitchen. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in Keystone. Lastly, the owner is super accommodating and easy to work with. No need to look any further, you have found the best, Thanks!

We loved it. It felt like home. Everything we needed was there. The place was well taken care of and very clean. When we decided to stay one more day they were more than helpful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
