Located in the center of Wailea this one bedroom villa is newly redecorated in contemporary island-style furnishings and new carpeting throughout was installed in July, 2009. Enjoy the queen bed, down and down alternative pillows, and the ensuite bathroom has an extra large glass shower and separate tub.
Comfortable living room furnishings with cable HDTV, WiFi, and a home entertainment center make this a home away from home. The kitchen has new appliances, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea pots, blender, and toaster. Have meals inside or outside on the large shaded lanai that faces a tropical greenbelt landscape and maximum privacy (free bird watching).
The complex has two large pools with hot tubs and BBQs and is surrounded by golf courses, adjacent tennis courts, five star resorts, casual and gourmet dining, and world class shopping. With the top rated beaches within 2 blocks, we've stocked the villa with sand chairs, boogie boards, towels, a cooler, and beach bag. Come, relax, and enjoy our villa during your stay on Maui.

Grand Champions Villas is one of the nicest complexes in Wailea. It is well located near a wonderful shopping center that has a variety of shops and some of the best beaches on Maui are within easy walking distance.

Out stay here has been wonderful! The condo is so cozy and close to everything. We have stayed in Wailea before, but it was very noisy - not the case here! We slept like babies in the comfy bed, lunched on the balcony, swam in the pool and snorkled in the ocean. All in all a fabulous time. Karen is a wonderful provider for all the little things which indeed makes you want to return - and we will!

We have really enjoyed our stay here in Wailea. This condo has everything. It was great to have all the amenities so close. The beach gear was very helpful. The bed is super comfy. I have enjoyed the pool and the walks along the waterfront. My husband and I were happy to spend some of our "Babymoon" here. Thank you Karen. We will recommend you in the future!

We expected that this villa would be nice. We didn't expect all the extras. What a nice surprise! Snacks, beach towels, to use, the black and whte carry-all, plenty of coat hangers! If we ever come back to Maui, we will call you.
