June Availability: Arriving June 2nd departing June 15th and arriving June 22nd departing July 7th - $112.50/night plus tax (13.416%) and $75 cleaning for stay of 6 nights or less OR $35 for stays of 7 nights or more.
This one bedroom condo located in the center of Wailea at Grand Champions Villas is newly redecorated in contemporary island-style furnishings and new carpeting. Enjoy the comfy queen bed, down and down alternative pillows, cable HD-LCD TV, and DVD. The ensuite bathroom has an extra large glass shower and separate tub.
Comfortable living room furnishings with cable HDTV, WiFi, and a home entertainment center make this a home away from home. The kitchen has new appliances, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea pots, blender, and toaster. Enjoy meals inside or outside on the large shaded lanai that faces a tropical greenbelt landscape and maximum privacy (free bird watching).
The complex has two large pools with hot tubs and BBQs and is surrounded by golf courses, adjacent tennis courts, five star resorts, casual and gourmet dining, and world class shopping. With the top rated beaches within 2 blocks, we've stocked the villa with sand chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a cooler, and beach bag.

Karen, after a long plane trip it was a pleasant and much appreciated surprise to arrive 'home' to a beautiful condo. We found everything that we needed and then some. The CD about Hana was very helpful. Thank you for allowing us to use the laundry facilities and for providing the detergent. We used every bit of the beach towels and gear. The well stocked kitchen made cooking easy.
We have stayed in a lot of VRBO condos. Yours is #1 on our list!!

Mahalo Karen, Our stay at your condo was wonderful! The kitchen met and exceeded our expectations. We both love to cook and all the little extras were appreciated. The peace and quiet with the forested areas outside for our view was thoroughly enjoyed. We also enjoyed all the birds and the cute geckos. The personal touches and lovely decor made this stay like being at home. We hope to return for a future visit.
PS All of the beach gear and proximity to so many lovely beaches made each day so enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karen's lovely condo. She made the reservation process so easy and provided good communication with us before and during our stay. The condo is large with a chef's kitchen and granite counter bar. There is a comfortable living area and balcony with patio chairs and table where one can listen to and see the array of birds that come to visit. Tons of cupboard space in large hall closet and in bedroom, with its own T.V. and comfy bed. The Champions complex is in a quiet area within walking distance of the beach. Private parking space is also provided.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Many thanks for allowing us to rent your unit. It was a pleasure spending time here. We loved the location and in particular the privacy it afforded us! When you're use to no neighbours (as we are living on acreage), privacy is critical, and we enjoyed walking to most amenities. Great place!! Mahalo for your extra assistance. Beaches up and down the south shore - pick your special spot! Third time on Maui. We completed our quest with driving and exploring around the west coast and sunrise at Haleakala. Maui Revealed (Blue book) tells all. This is the perfect place!! Love listening to the birds each morning. The supplies on hand for the beach a total plus. Thanks! Local beaches a little trickey to find but very, very nice. What a great condo! We have rented condos on many of our vacations and this has been the most like home. The spices, condiments, beach towels, beach toys and complete kitchen has been the best we've come across. Plus all the extra touches from the bread, drinks, snacks and even the flavored coffee creamer was a bonus. The location was perfect for our needs.
