  • We stayed for a week in September and enjoyed our stay very much. Great to be next to a hiking trail instead of the Interstate. Well appointed and comfortable apartment. Only thing missing was a corkscrew. One day a deer was sitting in the brush next to the parking area and the next day we saw a black squirrel exploring the back yard. Owner helpful and friendly. Thanks for providing coffee, Bradley!

  • Recently returned from 5 days in this homey unit. Very clean and well-equipped. Large kitchen and comfortable arrangement. Quiet with immediate access to beautiful walking/biking trail. Within minutes to most attractions, shopping, restaurants. Owner is extremely accommodating and available if needed. We plan on returning very soon and highly recommend this rental unit!

  • What a great place! Close proximity to so many attractions. Even though the owner lives adjacent to the rental, he was not intrusive whatsoever. Couches were comfy, flat screen tv was nice, plenty of closet/drawer space. Most importantly, very clean.

  • My son and I stayed at Brad's apartment rental, and we loved it! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The hiking and biking trails behind the place were excellent! We plan to return in the future. We highly recommend this rental to anyone!
