  “We had a great stay at Dubrovnik - thanks so much for your help. Your website was a great find, very easy to use and a high standard of accommodation in your portfolio. Espana: B was perfect - right in the heart of the old town, but a contemporary apartment with all the mod cons. Home from home. I wish I had used your website for a couple of other places we went to and will be sure to recommend you to friends and family.”

  “Your communication was very good. I forwarded a couple of emails to the owner of Espana: Seville and received prompt replies and helpful information. When we landed in Dubrovnik we rang the owner who directed us to the right bus to catch and then direction to the apartment. When we arrived he and his wife were there to meet us and show us through the apartment. We were very happy with your service and have friends holidaying in Dubrovnik in August and we have given them your details.”

  "Top floor apartment Espana: B, ideally placed in a quiet location, yet only 5 minute walk to the old harbour. Modern and comfortable. Excellent shower facilities and TV programme selection. Very attentive caretaker readily available on telephone."

  “We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations [Espana: B], although there was some initial difficulty meeting Ivana and finding the place. The apartment was well located for all our activities and reasonably well appointed. We enjoyed Dubrovnik and thank you for your service.”

  “The apartment “Espana: M” was fantastic. The location was ideal – close to everything but quiet. We thought it was a beautiful apartment. It had lots of room for three people. The beds were very comfortable. We had fun using the outside clothesline after we did our laundry in the very quiet combination washer/dryer (it was so quiet we did our wash during the night). We especially loved the “European” shower. It was wonderful to stand under the very large shower head and jets."

  “We were more than satisfied with our apartment [Espana: Madrid]. We were met upon arrival by a representative who showed us the apartment and explained everything we needed to know including helping us with our questions about the city. She gave us her phone number in case we had other questions. Later that afternoon we discovered a washer/dryer combination and called to ask about running it - an added bonus after two and a half weeks driving around Croatia! The apartment was everything we expected, centrally located in the old city and a treat after staying in rooms and pensions. Dubrovnik Apartment Source gives the number of steps inside and outside the apartment. This is invaluable in Dubrovnik!”

  “We had a great time in Dubrovnik based in your "Espana: Barcelona" apartment. Would definitely recommend to all. Bit of a mix up with pick up times but was sorted efficiently and without fuss by SMS with Ivana, me and the taxi guy. For the record we also enjoyed a walk from the Old Town to Gruz harbour. Great walk along the cliffs between the two locations and we thought Gruz was enchanting in its own way. It was suggested that we didn't need to see anything other than the Old Town - but we'd recommend to all that they take in a little more than that. We'll be back - thanks again.”

  “We could not have been happier with our time in Dubrovnik. The studio apartment Espana: Seville was great and had everything we needed to make a stay a comfortable one. The location was fantastic as it was in the heart of the Old Town but also out of the way of the main tourist traffic. Our host was very helpful and gave us some good suggestions with regards to restaurants etc. Overall using Dubrovnik Apartment Source was a good experience that we would definitely recommend to others.”

  “I cannot even put into words how much we enjoyed Dubrovnik and the beautiful, well located apartment. Espana: Madrid was clean, well-appointed, and safe. It was everything advertised and more. The owner’s representative made it all the more better with her helpfulness and 'can do' attitude; having someone like her to work with made the stay a delight. We also enjoyed the website for getting a 'feel' of the place before we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

  “We had a great time in Dubrovnik and it was certainly enhanced by the ease with which we were able to find and book accommodation through your site. When we arrived we were blown away by the apartment - Espana: Barcelona. It was fantastic, right in the heart of Old Town but on a quiet street so we were never far from the action but didn't have to listen to it!! The interior was amazing, the standard was so much higher than we were expecting. I certainly would have happily moved in and never left!”

Additional information about rental rates

There is a 7-night minimum requirement from May through September. In all other periods, a 2-night minimum applies. Shorter stays may be accepted upon request.

20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 80% balance is due in cash on arrival or via PayPal prior to arrival.
