Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the wonderful tiled balcony overlooking the warm and inviting waters of the Gulf of Mexico from our condo on the 6th floor. This well appointed end unit has breathtaking views from every window. Our condo has a king size bed in the oversized master bedroom with an attached bath. The bedroom also has plenty of room just to sit and relax while watching the sunset. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and attached bath as well. Our well equipped kitchen will accommodate all your cooking needs. There is a TV. in each of the bedrooms as well as the living room. Yes, we even have wifi! This is a non smoking condo. No pets allowed. Minimum age for occupancy 25 years.
**** IT IS ALWAYS A GREAT TIME AT THE BEACH ****
Leeward Key located in Miramar Beach between Destin and Sandestin, was originally built in 1999 and is a beautifully maintained building. In fact, Leeward Key has a new look. The building has been painted a pale yellow with banding and a new canopy is being added to the front entrance. There are new signs on the sides of the building to make it more recognizable. So, come spend your summer vacation in Destin. The weather is perfect for golf, swimming or tennis and the Gulf is calling. Our beach side pool is the gathering place for sun lovers who want to watch the waves without getting in the sand! You can visit your favorite restaurant and try out all the new ones. This is the best time to enjoy the beauty of Destin. You might even be able to drag yourself away from the beach to get in some shopping at the outlet mall or our many other great stores.
The Destin area has grown from a sleepy fishing village to the upscale play ground for many. Known around the world for it's soft sugar white sand beaches, that compare to the Caribbean, and crystal emerald green waters.
Leeward Key also features 2 pools. A heated beach front pool, wonderful in the cooler months, and another on the North side of the building, great for quiet afternoon napping. Leeward key also feature barbeque gas grills and private restroom facilities at each pool. There is private beach access. New in 2006 private gym facility with all new high end equipment.
Enjoy vacationing with us along the Emerald Coast of the Florida Panhandle at LeeWard Key. While just across the street from the beach, Leeward Key offers great views, beach access and much more. Relax on the sundeck on the beach side, just steps to the water. Enjoy the spaciousness of the interiors with 10' ceilings. Step out onto the balcony with the beach in view. You'll love Leeward Key year after year!
Play in the soft white sand, refresh yourself with a swim in the gulf, or in one of our two private pools. The gulf-front pool is seasonally heated. There is a new Fitness Center for guests on the main floor. You can jog or bike along the bike path or leisurely stroll to dinner at one of the many convenient beach side restaurants.
What to do besides enjoy our wonderful beach...
For evening entertainment, Destin is known for some wonderfully upscale eateries, as well as your regular fare. Friendly night life and nearby state of the art movie theater.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a vacation in it’s own right for shoppers you will have access to over 100 stores, Polo Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok - just to name a few. When you need to pause for nourishment chose from Panera Bread, Cheeseburger in Paradise or Carrabba's Italian Grill.
More great shopping is to had at the Destin Commons outdoor mall , Enjoy such great stores as Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, Belk, Books-A-Million & Maui Nix Surf Shop to rattle off a few. Stop for a bite to eat at the Hard Rock Café, Panera Bread, Tony’s Ristorante or Sushi Siam. More than just shopping the Destin Commons Center Plaza offers a soft-play kids playground and a 49-head pop fountain. Community activities and entertainment are held through the year at Destin Commons . Rave Motion Pictures is also housed at Destin Commons to catch the latest releases.

Could not have been happier with our accomodations, everything was as advertised and met all our expectations. The view was wonderful, everything we needed in the kitchen, access to the beach was great. All in all one of the best weeks we have had at the beach in a long time.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo was in a nice 12 floor condo building. The exterior was in very good condition, very clean. The heated pool by the ocean is a great thing to have. The view was awesome. Great location. Some restaurants are nearby and you can walk to at least 2-3 of them. The interior of the condo was nice and clean. The Property Manager (Kathy) was great to work with. Smooth transaction.

This condo is perfect for a getaway. Location and view of the ocean can't be beat and the condo is beautiful. The owners are excellent and attentive to their renters needs. Would highly recommend this one to others.
