  We stayed there for two weeks and we really enjoyed our stay. Jon and Mary were very nice and they were always available to help or provide us info. The apartment was always clean and quite. The kitchen was well equipped and the grocery store is about 5 mins walk. The beach is 30 mins walk and with the bike 10 mins ride.. We are fully recommend this place!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  We stayed at Mary Pop Apartments for two weeks and enjoyed our stay very much! Jon and Mary were very helpful and caring. They are hosts that you can trust and if you have any complaints or wishes they fulfill it within seconds. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the supermarket Publix is just around the corner. It is a safe area. Furthermore, they provided us bikes for free. We used them to bike to Hollywood Beach and it took us about 10 minutes. Hollywood Beach has a nice broadwalk with restaurants and shops. We can only recommend this place!

  We stayed here 11 days. Jon and Mary are very kind and worry about your stay. They make everything to help you to feel comfortable. Jon is always there for you. Also, you have everything close to this place (beach, restaurants, supermarket). Definitely, we’ll come back if we have to return to Dania area. Mila and Alberto from Canada.

  The building was very close to the beach, which made it easy for us to go to the beach everyday! The apartment was very warm and cozy, and clean. The owners made us feel very comfortable, and whenever we needed anything, they provided it for us. They even picked us up from the airport when we ran into problems with the car rental. They made us feel like family. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florida!

  We stayed in Mary Pop apartments for over a month. We kept extending our stay. It was clean and Jo and Mary were very accommodating. We loved being able to cycle to the hollywood beach which was 10 minutes on a bike. It is a much better beach than the Fort Lauderdale one. The Sheridan street tri rail is also close and we went up to West Palm Beach and down to Miami a few times. It is great if you are a yachtie out of work. We both work on board motor yachts and hated staying in crew houses. The US 1 bus takes you right up to SE 17th street and Jo even offered to take us up there for interviews. We will definitely be back.

  Really excellent value for money. Jon and Mary extremely friendly and helpful. Property a little bit "tired" and in need of a bit of updating, but had everything that we needed. Location is super for easy access to airport, highways, beaches and shopping - Aventura mall only a few miles drive, and Historic Hollywood even closer. Close to good breakfast/lunch restaurant "Grampa's" featured on Drive-ins, Diners and Dives and "Jaxsons" (for ice cream) also on the Food network. Pool has gated access so safe for families with children - I had almost sole use for the whole 10 days, though it is alongside the main road so a bit noisy sometimes. Would have no hesitation in recommending this place if you are happy with basic accomodation. (the Ritz Carlton it's not, but then neither are the prices!)

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children.

  This was such a wonderful place to stay. The apartment was fully furnished, clean and in a great location. The beach was just a few minutes away. Jon and Mary were wonderful - very accommodating and always there to answer my questions and give suggestions on excursions. I had my own parking spot right near my place which was very convenient. There is a supermarket right up the block as well as a salon and additional stores. It was absolutely worth the money I paid and I will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip!

  We had a great stay in Dania Beach at this property. The owners were very nice, the rooms really clean and nicely furnished. Best of all, we saved a lot by cooking and eating in - the kitchen had pots and pans and everything we needed. Close to the beach (1 mile ) and right on the bus route. I've already recommended this place to all my friends and plan to come back. Why stay at a hotel? This is much better !

  Myself and my girlfriend, decided to go on a romantic getaway to south Florida! We found Mary Pop Apartments. We consider ourselves very lucky!! The accuracy of the online presentation was a perfect mach to the reality. The place is super clean, quiet and and very nicely equipped! One bedroom apartment, super clean with a huge king size bed!The kitchen, with absolutely everything a kitchen should have and a full bath. The living room, with leather sofas and a 42' LCD , cable TV and FREE internet!! John , Mary and Tommy, they all helped us to find places around. They even provided us with brochures for tourist attractions around the area, and not to mention, that we got a free ride from and to the airport, from John! For the length of our stay, we felt like we were at HOME! We already made arrangements with John for our comeback, next year! We had a GREAT TIME at Mary Pop Apartments! WE WILL RETURN AND WE WILL TELL OUR FRIENDS! THANK YOU JOHN , MARY AND TOMMY!!!

Mary Pop Apartments Policies You are do to checkout the day you’re paid until, any further stay would depend on availability Check out time 11am Check in time 4pm Rates are based on 2 person occupancy, management reserves the right to charge extra for additional persons No pets allowed unless management approves If a pet is approved a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged per week $100 deposit is required for damages, if damages exceed $100 the additional fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If no damages the $100 deposit will be credit back to the credit card within a week of checkout There will be a $25 charge for lost keys Guest will be assigned one parking spot, additional parking is in the back Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave If guest refuses to leave, management reserves the right to call the Sheriffs Office All units are smoke free, if smoking is detected, there will be a $100 fee
