The small Montalbino Holiday Farmhouse is situated in the heart of the "Montespertoli Wine Route" area.
Our Farmhouse offers the atmosphere of the typical Tuscany farm and consists of a large estate comprising:
-90 hectares of land with vineyards and olive groves;
-A "Cinta senese" pig farming;
-8 apartments and 2 double rooms, deriving from the restoration of countryside houses dating back to the late 19th century;
-Private gardens that surround the apartments;
-Two swimming pools (one of which with whirlpool);
-"La Lombricaia" Restaurant, open to the guests of the small Borgo, with typical Tuscan cuisine using farm products;
-The shop of the Borgo, where guests can buy products from our Farm ( wine, oil, truffles and meats, as well as a wide range of products from other local Farms, such as cheeses, wines from other winemakers, jams, sauces, and handmade pottery);
-A wide private parking area reserved for the guests;
-A charming terrace.
-Some barbecues displaced in the Borgo, where each guest may cook meat as he wishes, or listening to the advice of our staff.
The complex is set deep in the Tuscan countryside where guests can enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment enhanced by the attractive, welcoming shapes of the exterior areas and gardens.
Each apartment has distinctive features and is different from the others: the interiors follow the style of the typical farmhouses scattered throughout the Tuscan countryside and feature brickwork, visible wooden beams, terracotta floors and stone details and decorations. The furnishing complements are made of wood and wrought iron, the furniture is in solid wood, and the mattresses are orthopedic.
The same rustic style is found at "La Lombricaia" restaurant which is provided with a wide panoramic veranda.

About the owner: Hi, my name is Anna. My husband and me have opened our farm in 2000. We live less than 10 minutes far from the farmhouse, but I spend most of my time there talking with our guests and organizing activities for them. We have 3 sons and I speak English, Italian, French and a bit German.
Why the Owner Chose Montespertoli:
First time we arrived here it was love at first sight: the utmost peace, very beautiful scenery with olive groves and vineyards. In short, it had everything necessary for creating a holiday farmhouse. After 18 years in the rag trading business, we decided it was time to change our lifestyle.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
Some of our guests are almost moved to tears by the countryside. They say that this is an enchanted valley. Our guests also have the great advantage of being able to enjoy our farm produce: wine, olive oil, hams and salamis. The children here are in a safety environment; we organize many activities and there is the area with all the animals that as a really strong appeal for the children: whenever a child from London, for example, collects an egg straight from under the hen he immediately run to tell their parents about something which is really new and thrilling for them.
