  This was our home away from home. Aside from being a gorgeous,clean condo, Cile and Gregg are the most gracious hosts. Not only were they very accomodating to our ever changing flight schedules, they really put a lot into the small details (fresh flowers, wine, water). We felt so very welcome and did not want to leave. The condo is situated perfectly, within walking distance to everything New Orleans has to offer. I whole heartedly recommend this property. Can't wait to visit again.

  As the other reviewer has stated... stop looking! This condo is beautifully decorated, in a perfect location, has an amazing large balcony, and is extremely clean and comfortable. Not to mention the owners are beyond accommodating and hospitable.. Cile & Gregg. Our flight times (arrival & departure) were changed and they allowed us to drop off our luggage early and keep it there late- a gesture that we were so grateful for. Cile & Gregg are amazing people and they strive to make their guests stay one that will not soon be forgotten. We are already talking about returning! We were a party of 5, two couples and a friend and the space was perfect. Having 3 full bathrooms was a huge bonus. We relaxed on the large balcony each night (and whenever we got a chance!) to have a drink and people watch- you are able to see bourbon street from balcony. This is a gorgeously decorated house and it really felt like home as soon as we entered. At the end of our trip, it was really hard to leave as well!! I have to admit, it is scary sending a check to someone for a house that you have not seen- but trust me.. this vacation rental is one that you will not be disappointed with. I HIGHLY recommend this rental property. We had not one complaint, and Cile & Gregg have made this rental experience the best we have ever had- Thanks!

  This condo far exceeded my expectations. The pictures just can't show you how beautiful this property really is. The attention to detail was amazing as well. From the fully stocked kitchen to the chocolates for each bedroom, we didn't want for anything. It was extremely clean as well which is very important to me as I am a bit of a neat freak! As far as location goes, I don't know that it gets any better. The balcony overlooking the corner of Bourbon Street provided the perfect spot to people watch. We were close to everything and never once drove our car after we arrived. And the owners were absolutely amazing! They were so warm and friendly and gave us tons of information on where to eat, visit, etc. Do not hesitate to rent this property. You wont be sorry! Make sure you visit 801 Royal while you are there. We spent lots of time there eating and drinking. Staff was amazing and you must try the seafood nachos and fried green tomatoes. Another place we tried for breakfast was The Market Café on Decatur Street. If you are looking for a delicious breakfast bar, this place has it. Again, I can stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay at this fabulous condo. Cant wait to come back and stay again!

  My three girl friends and I were lucky enough to spend some time in this beautiful condo. It was so very comfortable and spacious and beautifully decorated! (not to mention the excellent location!) And Cile thought of everything, it was the most well-appointed condo I've stayed in for a long time! Cile is extremely gracious and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone!!

  I can't explain in words how great this place is, the pictures do not do it justice. Me and 6/7 of my girlfriends spent a week here for a bachelorette party in May and this house made our trip. Right off Bourbon street, close to grocery store, cafe du monde, French market, and walking distance to the tram. The balcony, front windows/doors, and back patio are great for relaxing during the day and people watching at night. I would recommend this to all. Also, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks, May renters

  My wife and I (of 18 years!) found the place on VRBO. As with any "sight unseen" sort of thing, you approach it with a dose of faith and crossing your fingers that you made a good decision. Well, we made an uncannily perfect decision to stay here. We were traveling with another couple and needed a nice place to stay where we could be close to everything we wanted to see and do, occasionally make our own meals, yet still have the same sort of ambiance of home like a family room where we could all hang out, play games, review photos, listen to music, drink wine, plan our activities, you name it. So in a nutshell, here's the deal: If you are looking for the perfect and consummate "New Orleans Experience" you just found it. The house is smack dab in the middle of everything worth seeing in the French Quarter, and spitting distance from Bourbon Street. From Cile and Greg's place you can walk to Jackson Square (to catch the Horse-drawn carriages), Central Grocery, Pat Obrien's, Blue Dog gallery, Cafe Du Mond, La fatte’s Blacksmith Bar, and anywhere on Bourbon street in less than 5 minutes, no kidding. And as a bonus, there is a New York style market (small, but packed with everything) that carries good wine, alcohol, fruit, bakery, deli, meat, produce, great cheeses, and pretty much anything you can think of. It’s less than a 100 meter walk around the corner. And the house has a very fun and comfortable design with EVERYTHING you will need for your stay including full kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV, internet, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, ok seriously, the quality of this place is like a million dollar home in San Fran or a 2 million dollar place in NYC. EVERYTHING is quality. Beautiful. Solid. New. Oh, and although the place is completely renovated, it was awarded municipal recognition for its adherence to authentic French architectural and decorative influences. Honestly, just quit looking. This place cannot be beaten in terms of quality of the home, location, and price. Call me directly if you think I’m making this up. Cile, you have my permission to give my cell number to qualified and legit prospects who might be un-decided. Thanks so much for the memory of a life-time. We cant WAIT to come back again next Spring Break.

  We will never stay in a hotel in NOLA again. The home is beautiful, the location excellent. Perfect for two couples. Cile and Gregg are outstanding hosts. After a day of wandering the French Quarter it's like coming home to your own quiet little oasis, smack dab in the middle of all the action. Can't wait to come back!

  Awesome! From the very beginning our hostess and host were friendly and accommodating. They met us at the condo when we arrived and gave us a rundown of the unit and some tips for our visit. They even went with us to the parking location. The location is just great. Located in the middle of the French Quarter within walking distance to everything in the Quarter. The unit itself is as shown in the pictures and was very relaxing, allowing us to recharge and batteries in comfort and then going back out on the town. I highly reccomend this unit, my only reluctance is that by doing so it won't be available the next time I am heading to the "Big Easy".

  My wife and I are from Baton Rouge Louisiana and had relatives coming to visit us from Portland Oregon and Edwardsville Illinois. Prior to their visit, they mentioned that they would like to visit New Orleans. We suggested that we should rent a place for a few days and not have to drive back and forth. We talked with Cile and made arrangements to stay close to the French Quarters in this lovely Condo. This was without a doubt the best decision we have made in a long time on our travel arrangements. Greg and Cile met us at the Condo and covered every aspect of where everything was located, how everything operated and how to secure the Condo when we were out sightseeing. The Condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for out stay, from the kitchen to the bath rooms. A parking spot is provided at a very secure parking garage. We never had to use the car until we check out. The Condo is located close the just about everything you could possibly need or want to see. We walked to all of the famous sights, restaurants, shopping, night life and markets, or took the local street cars. Cile and Greg went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable and care free. We are looking forward to when our relatives return again and we can make arrangements for another stay in Greg and Ceil Condo. Thanks a Million James, Phyllis, Martha, Dave, Craven

  My wife and I are native to Louisiana and have had the occasion to frequently visit New Orleans so we were very excited to find this opportunity for a long family weekend. We cannot say enough great things about this property and its owners. The attention to detial in how they furnish, present and manage this property is just over the top. There is nothing you want for in the property. One of the most exciting things is the location as it puts you in cloose walking distance to all aspects and attractions of this area. The owners, Cile and Gregg, are fantastic and do a great job in making you feel right at home. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.
