This one bdrm cottage is approximately 700 square feet, in impeccable condition and feels like Martha Stewart meets Pottery Barn in the Tropics. Awesome ocean views. Three stunning beach coves 50-150 yards away, 3-5 minute walk. New granite kitchen, high white wood tressle beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, 40" flat screen TV and mulitude of cable channels, deck and table/chairs overlooking the Pacific. Take it to the Village, the summer Sawdust Festival, and Art shows. Also, our location provides walking proximity to Laguna's famous art gallerys, fantastic restaurants, and shopping. Dive shop w/ wet suits, fins and other supplies one door away. Supermarket w/ Starbucks one block. 30 min N to Disneyland, 40 min S to Legoland, 90 min to San Diego, Zoo, Sea World and more. Crystal Cove Historical restored shacks and restaurant 3 min, Pelican Hill resort and golf 7 min. Great mall upscale shopping in Fashion Island (15 min) and So Coast Plaza (25 min).

We have traveled to many coastal areas throughout the world including southern Spain, the coastline of Italy, Sicily, Gibraltar, French Riviera, So American Atlantic and north Africa, as well as up and down the California Coast, Oregon Coast, East Coast and Mexican Riviera. Whenever we are home here in our vacation spot of Laguna Beach, we marvel how this spot is one of the most spectacular we have seen in the world, if not THE MOST SPECTACULAR place on earth. Yet, Laguna Beach remains a small beach town...but with sophisticated restaurants and amenities. One can relax in quiet serenity or find stimulating activity and entertainment all minutes away.

Heisler Park takes you to Las Brisas restaurant patio overlooking the Pacific...enjoy yummy chips and appetizers, and, if you so desire, a myriad of enticing margaritas...and then you have just a short walk home! Our cottages are fantastic and convenient with a location in a serene ocean view setting. Located a 2-7 min drive to Crystal Cove State Park, Newport Coast, Newport Beach and Pelican Hill, one can experience many delights of being surrounded by some of the most expenseive real estate in the world. Hotel rooms in nearby resorts range from $500-1000+ per nite, and are one room. Our cottages are half those prices and are 3-4 rooms each, like a small house. Combined with nice furnishings appropriate to the cottage style, rather than furnished with cast offs and garage sale pick ups common to many vacation rentals, as well as providing an alternate to dining out each meal by providing upscale granite kitchens and al fresco dining areas, our 1920s built Laguna Beach Charmers offers a fun and exciting experience that prompts many return visits by our guests. Art and Gerri have lovingly restored these 1920s era beach cottages, both our one bdrm cottage and our two bdrm cottage. They are always a work in progress with ongoing new updates and overall maintenance. We love to restore older homes and have done so in our home town of Glendale, CA, as an avocation as well as a business. It is our mission to preserve the Southern California architecture of the past. Gerri is a real estate broker with her own boutique Glendale real estate company and Art is our property manager and manages investments. Art has worn many hats as he is retired from the LAPD and also a retired General Contractor. Along with our four adult children, two grandsons and our friends, we have enjoyed our many days at our beach house and feel very fortunate to have such a special vacation home. For our many guests, new and returning, we are happy to provide a special vacation home away from home.

Spent my 50th birthday here for the first time. Think I will have to make this an annual event! Not only did my girlfriends love the view but when my husband joined me- he was thrilled with the proximity to the coves for spear fishing. I enjoyed the fresh fish he caught every day. The place was so cute and comfortable. We saw a pod of dolphins from the deck that numbered close to 100 swimming by at sunset. It was a magical time and the owners were so easy to work with. Enjoyed the experience and it met my expectations over 100%. Probably shouldn't let others know because it might be difficult for me to book next time but it made this trip so special. Thanks!

What a pleasant experience, staying in a small piece of paradise in laguna. Close to everything, Cottage stocked with everything, great experience. Our 4th laguna rental in 4 yrs and the first one we will absolutely visit again.

What an amazing time! Having never been to California before, we had no idea what to expect. After driving down the coast we realized we had arrived in the most perfect location! Laguna Beach is amazing and the location of Cottage C is absolutely perfect. It was the perfect distance to everything we wanted to do. We walked to the beach several times a day and it is close enough that you can easily return to the Cottage for anything you have forgotten. The Cottage is so clean and lovely. We truly felt at home. Can't wait to come back. This is our new home away from home!

We spent a lot of time looking around for accommodations in Laguna that wouldn't make us feel like we were getting ripped off. We wanted an ocean view and wanted to be in walking distance to the beach and to town. After several days of internet searches looking into hotels etc., I found the posting for this little cottage. We booked it immediately! The photos are cute but I must say that it was even cuter in person! We booked the one bedroom cottage. First off, it was spotlessly clean - very important for us! Next, it was absolutely adorable, shabby chic done right. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood super quiet! The kitchen by the way was shockingly well stocked for cooking, juicing, even baking, blending, whatever you want to do, you could do it in this kitchen! There was even a Champagne bucket for us to chill the Champagne we brought! We loved it here, it was cozy, relaxing, super clean, tastefully decorated and it lived up to everything I hoped it would be. Dealing with Gerri and Art was easy and I am happy to say this is the best place to stay in Laguna! Loved it, it was hard to leave! I don't give 5 stars easily and this rating was super easy to give, I would give it 6 stars if i could! And it was romantic too! One other thing, when we arrived music (jazz) had been turned on for us and was playing when we walked in, nice touch!

The Cottage was awesome! We just drove away from your lovely cottage. We had a wonderful time and made fun family memories!! The whole place was larger than we expected and the outdoor decks were especially enjoyable. Family and friends came by to visit and it was a perfect place for hosting our visitors. What a perfect location and view! We look forward to coming back again!

We are leaving for home this morning and are both sad and glad. Sad to be leaving this wonderful cottage and glad to have been here for the past two and a half weeks. It is so comfortable here that we have felt right at home, away from home. The views, the places to walk, the beaches, the downtown area and Orange County in general are great! We'll be back.

Just a beautiful little cottage in an idyllic setting-so lovely and comfortable. Our daughter enjoyed it immensely, while joining us in Cottage A next door. Thank you for providing the essentials and the luxuries right down to an enjoyable bottle of wine. The beach and sunsets were glorious and we leave with rich memories of another Christmas and New Years spent in an exotic location.

Cottage C is the quintessential bungalow. From the skinny wooden floors to the vibrant pictures on walls-this cottage is great! The view is wonderful inside the cottage and outside the deck. Sitting outside with a glass of wine after a day of exploring the surrounding area truly is a treat. Most important, your place is clean, clean, clean. I really appreciated the designer linens and the new throw rugs throughout the house. Your house really made our vacation wonderful Londonderry, NH We had a wonderful time here and great finish for our 3 week honeymoon trip through the Western USA. This is a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the nature combined with great art all around. We hope that we can come back sometime.
