Step outside and you`re already at the beach. This cottage sits right across Pacific Coast Highway from Victoria Beach, with the coastal art scene, dining, and the downtown trolley stop just steps from your door.

Living space
The living room is furnished for relaxing after a day in the sun, with a TV and a sofa bed that adds flexible sleeping space for extra guests. A dedicated workspace in the common area makes it easy to stay connected if you need to log on during your trip, backed by wifi and an ethernet connection.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a queen bed, and the sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping option, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, and a closet and dresser for clothing storage are all provided. A crib and pack `n play are also available at the listing.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. You`ll find cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses ready to go. A dining table and baking sheet round out the setup, and barbecue utensils are on hand for outdoor grilling.

Outdoor space
Step outside to a private patio or balcony and a fully fenced private backyard, complete with a fire pit, outdoor dining area, gas BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture. Beach essentials including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are provided, so you can head straight to the shared beach access nearby.

Bathroom
The bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, cleaning products, and a hair dryer, with hot water throughout your stay.

Location
You`re right across PCH from Victoria Beach and next door to The Drake restaurant, with Ruby`s a short walk away and downtown Laguna Beach just a quick drive. The Montage Resort and a nearby CVS are both close by as well. A private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock make arrival simple, and free driveway parking (2 spaces) plus free street parking are available on site.

Mini split air conditioning in the bedroom and central heating keep the space comfortable year-round, with a ceiling fan for extra airflow. Exterior security cameras monitor the shared parking area, and the home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for your safety. In-unit laundry with a free washer, dryer, and iron is available throughout your stay, and cleaning service is available on request during longer visits.

Note: Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
