The Djakarta Villa
This villa is ideal for the traveler who likes to spend daytimes on the move or at the beach, but still longs for a beautifully appointed space to come home to. Distinguished by natural wood hues, this 3/4-bath, one-bedroom villa's interiors are offset by tasteful splashes of ocean blue. When hunger strikes, the private patio makes for a blissful barbecue spot or choose to dine inside instead, using your well-equipped kitchen with full appliances.
The Djakarta is just steps from the common area decks, where you can enjoy spectacular ocean and coastline views. All of our villas provide unparalleled access to our private stretch of Sleepy Hollow Beach.

This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.

Does this unit have a shower and jacuzzi tub? Shower only

Pets are subject to the owners' approval, and additional fees may apply. Please provide the pet's age, weight, and breed, and we will let you know if approved and additional pet fees when applicable. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
No CATS Allowed

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A $45 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Additional Rules: No parties, No DJs, No guests allowed that are not on the reservation without written permission. Violators would be made to leave with no refund.

Very accommodating staff, clean environment

This little spot was absolutely PERFECT for 2 we spent a month soaking up the sun the waves and the magical sunsets. Very accommodating staff on the property that kept the deck cleaned was just AMAZING and super friendly. We will definitely be back. Also this location has a huge wide open vista of unobstructed views! Priceless and worth it!!

Nice host! Nice space! Lively shared balcony that over looks the beach however the AC is not good. It's too hot in there and doesn't cool down the place. However everything else was great.

Thanksgiving getaway

Place is amazing, service was good, the room was a little smaller than expected and no cable in the room and the couch bed was giving me issues but when I called and told the front office they send someone to fix everything. Other than that I will go back great location and beautiful view

Laguna Beach

This property has several bungalows. We made our reservation 5 months in advance. Based on the unit pictures we assumed we would be staying in that particular bungalow. Upon check in, we were given a key to a very small, no ocean view room. Misrepresentation by VRBO, that was disappointing! The Manager worked his magic and we were able to move to a larger, ocean view bungalow. It had recently been renovated and was lovely.

Unhappy Stay

Checked out two days early due to bed bugs biting my kid. Stayed in a hotel after that. Ad says direct beach access. It's not direct as the description eludes too. Nor does the room have a view of the ocean. Actually, it's a parking lot view. TVs and remotes did not work. They came on but remotes could not navigate through the menu. Garage parking space could not fit my SUV due to large vehicle parked next to my parking slot. Had to park in the hotel parking lot and walk to the room. Not a pleasant stay.
