The property offers two stylishly furnished bedrooms, each with comfortable amenities and cozy linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. In addition to the ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom, there's a hallway bathroom that's equipped with a tub/shower combo, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to freshen up and relax. **Please note we have a VERY strict no pet policy. No pets permitted on the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you are bringing an animal. No exceptions will be made.**

**Guests are required to sign our rental contract prior to receiving access to the house.**

**Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $200 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $20/towel and $50/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens.**
