This is a ranch style house with tile and hardwood throughout. There is a beautifully remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances.
There is 1 king bed, 2 queens and 4 twins. In addition, there is a queen pull-out sofa in the great room. One of the bedrooms has a queen and two twins with a wall mounted tv perfect for movies and gaming (and lots of kids).
There are 3 doors from the house to the pool, along with a pass through bar for feeding wet little ones or passing a pitcher of margaritas to the floaters. The pool is heated, so enjoy year round.
Whether playing, relaxing, recovering, visiting or even- yuck- working, you're sure to be comfortable day and night with perfectly plush mattresses and quality bedding. Enjoy one and all!

Wonderful home that met it's description and exceeded our expectations. The home was ready to enjoy and relax. Would certainly return and would recommend to any considering a stay in this area. Accomodations for out-of-town relatives attending son's wedding. lenty of room (and comfort) for a toatl of 11 people. Used all the bedrooms/bathrooms. Pool was cold - heater didn't seem to raise the temperature. This place - location, facilities were great. I would definitely revisit and wll look at the owner's other properties for future trips (with fewer guests).Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We were recently at Jacksonville Beach for our daughter's wedding. We rented this lovely house @13FairwayLane in Jacksonville Beach While renting the house we had anywhere from 7-10 people at the house at various times. The house was more than adequate for that amount of people. We could have had as we did not use the pullout sofa. We found that everything that we needed was available(coffee maker, ironing board etc) Even though we had a golf course in the back and a house on each side privacy was not an issue. The pool was great. The house is 5 minutes by car to the beach and I might add that the beach was absolutely beautiful. We took many am walks. This is a great house to relax and have fun. The house was close to restaurants and different kinds of stores. The owner even contacted as to make sure everything was ok during tropical storm Beryl. We are looking forward to return when we are not so busy. I would recommend house to my family and friendsRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

About the owner: I am a barista at Starbucks and my husband is a golf professional for PGA Tour Academy. We live in Hilton Head Island, SC after a job transer from wonderful Jacksonville Beach. Our 2 boys and daughter are thriving here, but enjoy visiting their friends and family in Jacksonville Beach any time the opportunity presents itself. We are a golfing, skiing, and sport loving family. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do and feel completely at home at 13 Fairway Lane.

My husband and I purchased this home from close friends several years ago. We have a few homes in the area and love the fact that we can offer comfortable homes and condominiums for people coming to Mayo and Jacksonville for medical treatments, work, fun and warm weather.
