The Pineapple Cabana on Easy Street:
The day begins with a glass of freshly-squeezed orange juice and a steaming cup of coffee. You head out the front door, and the short walk to the beach, and, because it is early, there is no one there - nothing but the rhythmic waves crashing against the white shell sand of Florida's Emerald Coast. You walk back, smiling and waving to the couple from "Coral Cabana," to find the household up and about, with kids playing and breakfast cooking and all the joyous confusion of a family vacation.

Or maybe it's just you and your spouse (or that special someone), and coffee and the morning paper, sitting on the large wrap around front porch, listening to the birds chirp and smelling the glorious smells of the ocean in the early morning.

One way or another, there can be no doubt this is that little bit of heaven you have been dreaming of all year, knowing these will be the memories you will telling your friends.

"Pineapple Cabana" is our five bedroom, three-bath, beach house with private pool, located on a quiet, private cul-de-sac in the popular Crystal Beach area of Destin, Florida. Just a short walk to the beach (1500 feet), this private beach house, with deeded beach access has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a full modern kitchen. The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a large master bathroom with oversized jetted tub with shower.

We love "Pineapple Cabana on Easy street" and we think you will, too. So much so that we think that once you stay here you will want to come back year after year, and you'll want to tell your friends about your great new find. And on top of it all, if you check our prices and compare feature by feature, you will find that "Pineapple Cabana" is an outstanding value in all of the Crystal Beach area this close to the beach. My wife and I have worked very hard to create an excellent beach vacation house for your enjoyment.

P.S. Debbie and I also own "Coral Cabana and Banana Cabana on Easy Street" which are right next-door. We purchased "Pineapple Cabana" and built the "Banana Cabana" so we would own all of the houses on the private cul-da-sac to create our own little paradise for your enjoyment. We love the area, it's central to everything, close to the beach, yet secluded WITH NO TRAFFIC. We have experienced an overwhelming response from "Easy Street," but our disappointment was the number of people we have had to turn away when we became fully booked so quickly. Hopefully you will enjoy the "Pineapple Cabana" as much as our many guests have enjoyed the "Coral Cabana" and "Banana Cabana". Thank you for taking the time to view our listing.   • The stay was great, our whole family loved it. We did not want to go back home. The age range was 20 to 69 and the bunkhouse was perfect for my son and nephew. The rest of the family stayed in the house with our three mini schnauzers. We will be staying at the pineapple cabana again and again.   • Aug 1-8, 2009: There were 13 of us in the family and we had an awesome time at the Pineapple Cabana. The house was just what we dreamed of and it was not crowded at all. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the beach and us old ones loved the house. We received the much need rest and it was everything we had hoped for. When I got back to work two ladies were waiting for my reaction before they booked with Easy Street. Since I'm so hard to please, they were elated to find out that I gave EasyStreet two thumbs up and suggested they put their deposit in quick for next year. They are now trying to decide which home to stay in! EasyStreet, you have my approval!

  • We checked in 07/04/09 and checked out on 07/11/09. It was such a relief to be able to take our puppies with us and not worrying about someone else taking care of them (no one takes care of your puppies the way you do). The Pineapple Cabana was great...plenty of room...nice pool.. and a short distance to the beach. If we had to change one thing, it would be just to have more sitting capabilities in the living room portion. Other than that...no complaints. We would definitely love to stay again.

  • My name is Miranda, I am a 2 year old lab mixed that just loved going on my first vacation to Destin, Florida, April 2009. This was made possible by Debbie & Rick Scali and the pet friendly rental of Easy Street. My owners were happy that I was so welcomed, which allowed them to have a great time. The Pineapple Cabana is not only immaculately maintained it is bright, inviting and very private. With the pool, porches, fenced in yard with a swing, golf cart, short walk to the beach and places to eat - to name just a few special things - should there be any thing missing Rick is there to help. We only found that our stay was short and can not wait for our next visit, which will be very soon.

  • Thank you for the nicest vacation I have had in years. The house and grounds were perfect. I came with my daughter and her inlaws and they had a GREAT time with their dog Miranda. The fenced in yard and walking paths to the beach and coffee shop were perfect for her and us. Debbie and Rick have certainly found and created a paradise of which I will share again and again in future times.
