We bought this place a few years back after looking for just the right thing for three years. We feel like we struck the jackpot, and we love spending time here. This cottage is an attached wing of a beautiful 1840s Greek Revival house forming a quiet three-unit condo association. The yard, gardens and outdoor shower are shared. The yard and garden are professionally tended. Because this cottage is on two floors, and only abuts a utility room in the adjacent unit, the unit feels like a private home.
