Layout is one bedroom (queen), full bath, full kitchen, living room/dining area, covered porch with adirondack chairs, and exclusive use roof deck with steamer lounge chairs. Impeccably decorated in cottage style with modern amenities and bed and bathroom linens. Exceptionally well equipped with Smart TV, Bose Wave Radio with Bluetooth, cable, WiFi, microwave, oven/range top, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, iron/board, hair dryer, ceiling fan, A/C, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, outdoor gas grill.
