This is a very nicely furnished and equipped villa. We stayed there for 2 months and I cannot think of anything that would improve upon our experience. The owner and property manager were a delight to communicate with and were eager to make our visit as pleasant as possible. The location of the villa is very convenient, peaceful and quiet. The amazing sunset views were a fitting way to end our days there. Furthermore, the price is surprisingly more reasonable then nearly identical villas. I highly recommend this villa to anyone!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We really enjoyed our visit to Unit 30D at the Carefree Villas! The villa was spotless and well appointed with new appliances and flat screen TV's. June – August is $1800 for the month or $99 per night - minimum 7 nights September – October is $99 per night, or $1800 for the month minimum 7 nights Please note that one week stays will be charged for cleaning fees of $125. About the owner: Wow, finally we have a place in the desert!!! Ted and I love travelling. On our last trip to Arizona we stayed in Carefree and fell in love. What a magical place! Unfortunately we are not ready to travel to one place all the time (we are still travelling the world) so we hope to rent out our Carefree home so that others can enjoy it too. We live in British Columbia Canada and love it here as well. Carefree works well for us because we love the outdoors, biking, hiking etc. The weather in Arizona is perfect for that. Why the Owner Chose Carefree:
This is a quite location with great sunsets. There is hiking and biking all around and Phoenix is close by, with great shopping in Scottsdale. Unique Cave Creek is minutes away. We have a great gym, tennis courts, and pool too.

Rent the large suite with 2 bathrooms, large master bedroom (with 2 queens), living room and kitchen, or rent the studio with 1 bedroom (2 queens), den and full bath . Studio has to small fridges, microwave and dining area. Contact us for rates.
