After the huge success we have had with our other 3 Anaheim properties (VRBO 234550, 361877 and 418164), we are excited to announce the purchase this newest, fabulous place that really is your ultimate home for a magical Disney vacation!
If you are looking for just a place to crash while visiting Disneyland, this is NOT the place for you. Ours is not just a vacation rental, it's truly a home away from home, an experience! You will be amazed by the amount of detail that has gone into creating the ultimate getaway - we have tried to meet and exceed your every need.
The condo is our largest one yet with 1500 sq.ft of living space, 3 BR and 2 bathrooms + an actual backyard with an attached laundry and utility room that also has an exercise bike for you.
The entire home has been remodeled in the summer of 2012, including all new electrical, plumbing, appliances, counters, paint, plantation shutters, bathrooms, wood laminate and tile floors throughout, and gorgeous, eclectic furnishings!
The condo is located in a small, quiet, gated complex, 2 miles west of Disneyland with a pool and even a tennis court. Our unit is in the very back corner of the complex, so it's as private as it gets while being just around the corner from all the action! And right behind our unit is a big grass area, perfect for playing tag or throwing a Frisbee and even a basketball hoop (we provide the ball!)
The complex is beautifully landscaped and all homes are single level with only 2 units attached, so it really feels like a single family home.
The condo has a fantastic great room with a massive, beautifully tiled gas fireplace, high ceilings and windows, a sitting area, desk with laptop and a dining area that can accommodate up to 10.
New sliding doors lead out to the backyard with a lounging area + a dining table and a charcoal BBQ to enjoy those sunny California evenings…
We really try to go the extra 2 miles to make your stay comfortable, carefree and fun! An array of amenities includes 4 brand new flat screen TVs with 4 Bluray DVD players and HD cable, movies and books for adults and kids, 3 desks, one with desk top computer & printer, one with laptop + FREE WIFI, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, pool and beach toys, and, of course, everything a family with kids might need, including 2 pack & plays with bedding, high chair, plastic dishes, sippy cups, a single + double MacLaren umbrella stroller. And, of course, a fully stocked, Disney themed kids room with books, stuffed animals, drawing supplies, Legos, Barbies, board games, princess dresses and more!
There are 3 bedrooms, the master with a California king bed with a Simmons Beautyrest mattress, gorgeous custom head board made by a local artist, the kids room has a twin Pottery Barn bunk + an extra twin bed and a mattress on the floor (sleeps up to 4) and a 3rd bedroom with a romantic queen canopy bed. There is also a high end blow up queen mattress that can sleep 2 + and Ethan Allen leather full size sleeper couch in the living room - all in all we can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.
The kitchen: Of all of our condos this is the biggest one by far! Beautiful apple martini green quartz counter tops (fun!), tile back splash, all new appliances. The kitchen is FULLY stocked, including a gas range, dishwasher, fridge with ice-maker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crocpot, rice cooker, electric skillet, mixer, Ninja blender, waffle iron and more! And of course dishes, silver- and glassware for up to 12! Your really won’t have to compromise at all while on vacation….
The bathrooms: The master bath has a large walk-in shower with funky silver tile and metallic striped walls. Stunning! The kids bathroom is Mickey themed with red/white striped walls, a shower/tub combination and, of course, a custom Mickey toilet seat. We have 2 large vanities that will make getting ready in the morning a breeze. Especially if you are traveling with teenagers! For your convenience, we provide an array of toiletries.
We have a separate laundry room with high efficiency, front load Kenmore Elite washer & dryer. Detergent, laundry sheets, etc. it is all provided for you.
And for those that want to stay in shape while on vacation, we have placed a spinning/exercise bike in the large laundry room with view of the peaceful backyard, so you can work off those donuts right after breakfast!
Lastly, parking: we have 1 spot directly outside the condo for easy unloading and a second carport spot within a 2 minute walk. As a special bonus we include FREE PARKING at Disneyland for the duration of your stay! Since it's only a 5-10 minute drive, you can easily visit the park in the morning, head home for lunch, a swim and a nap and head back in the afternoon!

Perfect home for a family. Absolutely everything you could possibly need! Size of home and well stocked toys saved our sanity on a rainy day! The welcome gifts were such a nice surprise. Large, private patio area great for play with our toddler and relaxing. Gated community gives this place and added sense of security. Britta, A wonderful end to our mini tour of California. Having started in San Francisco and traveled along various stretches of Highway #1 we found ourselves at your truly wonderful condo. The place is better than described and was a fitting location for Kath to celebrate her 40th birthday! The special touches you have done in every room sets the condo miles ahead of others we looked at. We will definitely return one day and will without doubt recommend the property and indeed your others to our friends and family. Dear Britta, We have had a wonderful stay. Your holiday house has been a lovely place to stay. It does feel like a home away from home with everything you have provided which was very handy, especially when we first arrived after 24 hours travelling from Australia. The décor in the home is fantastic, so colorful and quirky. The beds are very comfortable. We didn't get the chance to get in the pool or play tennis, but it was great to know the complex had them if we wanted to use them. Thank you for providing the strollers. We used the double stroller everyday and it was so handy. Thanks again for everything. About the owner: I am originally from Germany, but I have lived in Southern California for the past 17 years. Having worked in the travel industry for most of my life, my husband and I have traveled extensively, including several trips with our 2 little girls. We just LOVE staying at private vacation rentals. In fact we never want to stay at a hotel again! Especially when traveling with children it makes it so much easier, more affordable and comfortable to stay in a home, rather than a crammed hotel room. I always dreamed of owning a B&B which is probably not going to happen, but with the purchase of our 4 condos in Anaheim, I intend to create an amazing experience for anyone visiting our beautiful Southern California - whether on business or on vacation!
Why the Owner Chose Anaheim:
The second I drove into the complex and opened the door to the condo for the first time, I fell in love... While it is only 2 miles away from Disneyland which can be a busy place, it is so quiet and relaxing that you instantly feel like you are on vacation. The complex is beautifully landscaped, built in a Spanish/Hacienda style and it's just so peaceful! And once I saw the floor plan and the big backyard that came with the condo AND the separate laundry room add-on, I knew we had to have this place... We jumped through quite a few hoops to make it happen, but I am so excited that we were able to add this condo to our list of Anaheim properties.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This condo has just so much to offer that I don't even know where to start: The perfect floor plan for a family traveling with kids and grandparents, one story - no stairs and nobody above or below, a beautiful backyard which is super rare with condos in SoCal, high, beamed ceilings in the impressive great room, a huge kitchen that can tackle even Thanksgiving dinner + we are within walking distance of 2 grocery stores, drugstores, Kmart, banks and several restaurants and, of course, just down the street from Disneyland and the Convention Center! There is really no compromising with this condo...
