Stylish and contemporary fully furnished two story townhouse in prime Santa Monica, north of Wilshire, 9 blocks to the beach. Equipped with everything you will need for your stay including utilities, cable, wireless internet, washer dryer, private direct access garage with parking for 2 cars, linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
Spacious living quarters includes two extra large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom with a swing out flat screen TV can be viewed from the cozy queen size bed or the adjacent sitting area with couch and coffee table. The master also includes a large walk in closet and private bathroom with his and hers sinks, tub, and shower.
The second bedroom, located down the hall from the master, is a large bedroom with a cozy queen size bed, abundant closets and it's own private bath with tub and shower.
Downstairs enjoy hardwood floors, high ceilings and open entertaining spaces including a large kitchen (with washer dryer), dining room and step down living room and powder room. This is a great space for entertaining and includes a large flat screen TV and gas BBQ on the patio off the dining room.
Completely private and feels like a house. The home will comfortably accommodate one or two couples or a family of 6. Kid friendly and Pet friendly!
Fabulous Santa Monica location. Walk to the beach, Santa Monica Pier, Montana Avenue, 3rd Street Promenade. There is so much to do, you can walk to everything. High end shopping, restaurants, bars, movie theaters, beach, parks and so much more. By car you are minutes from Main Street, Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney and Marina Del Rey. LAX is approximately 15 minutes away. Public transportation is also extremely conveniently located.
No smokers, Smokers are permitted to smoke on any of the balconies. 5 day minimum stay.

We loved the location most about this property. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 teens and drove from San Fran to explore LA and surrounding area. Santa Monica was the highlight of the trip due solely to the beaches. This home was a great retreat from sightseeing and a quick walk or drive to the beach. Great space, quiet neighbourhood, good access to 3rd St Promenade, Whole Foods & many restaurants!

We had a great time. The property is exactly as described. Clean and well kept, felt like at home. Close to many places( grocery, restaurants) a little hike to beach but not to far. Needs Beach towels.

The townhouse was clean, cheery, in a good location and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Having parking was great and removed a common problem in Santa Monica. A/C was appreciated (not always available in Los Angeles, especially out by the beach). Location is excellent and Kelle was great about responding to questions and concerns. I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. One thing: The stairway is steep, so I wouldn't recommend this for people with young kids or people who have problems with stairs or walking.

Just about perfect...
Just about perfect...
This rental was our first VRBO experience and it exceeded our expectations. The location is fabulous. We walked to many dinners and it was a short drive to shopping and the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the owner provided an extra inflatable mattress that got rave reviews for comfort from the person using it. The townhouse is nicely furnished and the kitchen well appointed. Having a garage was completely neccesary as street parking is very tight. We never had a problem that required contacting the owner. All of our party of five (two couples and single adult) were very pleased with the stay. SO MUCH BETTER than 3 hotel rooms! We can only hope to return soon.

We had a great trip! Loved that the beach, SM Pier, Third Street promenade, Starbucks and grocery stores were within walking distance or short drive. It was a plus to have underground parking as street parking was sometimes hard to find. Very roomy and comfortable for our family of 5. Would definitely recommend this property and Kelle was always helpful. For nearby dining, I recommend Santa Monica Seafood Cafe for lunch and dinner.

We stayed here in early March and enjoyed the condo with its excellent location. The pros are many, such as terrific mattresses and very soft sheets. Having a washer and dryer right in the kitchen was another plus and the whole unit is bright, airy and clean. Loved having a parking garage too! The best part was the wonderful owners who responded right away when a few minor issues arose. The one con is that there are no reading lights on one whole half of the living room (we are both big readers and there was only one light.)

Kelle's place is amazing...very comfortable, charming, spacious, with everything you could possibly need. The location is ideal, and the garage is such an added plus for ease of parking. Kelle is very helpful and willing to accommodate any special needs or requests. We will return to Santa !onjca often, and will arrange our trips around this home being available!

We had Thanksgiving at this wonderful Santa Monica townhouse. The house was in a perfect location to walk everywhere; beach, pier, Farmer's Market on Wednesday, up and down Montana Ave (great cafes and shops). It was also very well furnished and very comfortable but best of all - the owners were very helpful and gave us great information even before we arrived. It was a wonderful place to stay and would definitely stay there again.
