This charming, two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half-bath, first floor residence is the Beaver Creek vacation home for a group looking to be in the center of the action. Charming touches abound. Wood floors accent the main living space, including the kitchen, with granite tile countertops, and the natural light-filled living room. The master bedroom, off the dining room, is furnished with a queen-sized bed and features an upgraded en suite bathroom with separate shower and jetted soaking tub. The second bedroom, on the opposite side of the living room, has two twin beds and a bathroom it shares with the den. The den is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. Guests in this home have village views of Avondale Lane toward the Poste Montane. You may either use the outdoor heated pool, hot tubs and fitness center at the nearby Villa Montane which is just across Avondale Lane or the same amenities at The Club at Allegria Spa located at the Park Hyatt a short walk across the Village plaza. Please note that since this home tends to get quite warm year round and does not have air conditioning, if you are heat sensitive, please consider alternative options.
