On the first floor with lift (French floor: one above ground-level) of a 19th century beautiful classic parisian building (protected by a digicode system and a interphone at the entrance), our apartment is 51 m2 ( 570 square feet), newly renovated and tastefully decorated. It has wooden floors in main rooms, high 9-foot ceilings and period decoration details. Both the living and bedrooms have full floor to ceiling windows, so the apartment is filled with light and sun from a Western exposure. All windows are double glazed.Very well equipped and furnished, it is ideal for a pleasant and comfortable long or short stay. You also have a piano, for musicians.
The apartment sleeps 2-3 with a double bedroom,and a living room with a sofabed (width 1,2 m/3,9 feet for 2 children or teenagers ). Utilities, towels and linens are provided.

Our apartment is set on the western slope of "the butte" Montmartre, one of the most famous areas of Paris, a short walk from Sacré-Coeur Montmartre (10 minutes), and the crooked streets of Abbesses where you won't miss a nice cup of coffee at Amelie's cafe on rue Lepic.
You are very close to the action, but a little away from the incessant tramp of tourists that characterizes the area of Sacre Coeur or Abbesses. Certainly,the most significant aspect of the neighborhood is its close proximity to the shopping streets of Damremont and Rue du Poteau. Both are justly famous for the quality of their provisions, cheese, wine, pastries, fish and meat, fruits and vegetables.
