Located in the Recoleta neighborhood—considered to be the most elegant and upscale area of Buenos Aires — this ultra luxury apartment is conveniently located not far from the Recoleta Village area, the shopping on Santa Fe and close to many cafes and restaurants and shopping. It is very spacious with over 753 sq. feet (70 sq. meters). The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day due to its location on one of the highest floors of the building. The location can't be beat with a grocery store, ATM machines/banks, pharmacy, fresh fruit store, restaurants, cafes and even fast food places like Burger King and McDonalds are within 2 blocks from the apartment. There is a deli located below in front of the building that has excellent sandwiches and pastries.
The view is breathtaking and there are windows in both bedrooms as well as the living room and even the kitchen You can see the River from the bedroom view. The apartment enjoys total tranquility as there are sound-proof windows on all the windows in the apartment. The apartment features LCD TV's in the living room as well as both bedrooms.
The apartment has been completely renovated. Everything from the floors, to the windows, to the bathroom and kitchens have all been renovated into an ultra luxury masterpiece! No expense was spared renovating and furnishing this property. This property is the perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both mattresses are Four Seasons Presidential suite mattresses. Both bathrooms are completely renovated -- each featuring the finest marble. All of the bathroom fixtures are expensive and imported from Italy. The kitchen is a chef’s delight and has also been completely renovated with high end materials including marble countertops. The kitchen is furnished with everything you would find in your home. The property even features a washing machine and dryer for your clothes.

My wife and I stayed at this amazing apartment in June 2009 and we loved it. We always look for something that feels like home rather than just a hotel room. This apartment was perfect. The location is prime, it's just off Santa Fe avenue, loads of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is on the 17th floor with great views of the city. Everything works, all the kitchen appliances are new, extensive and modern, The bed was super comfortable, the unit was perfectly clean and appointed. We do not hesitate recommending this unit, we hope it will be available for our next visit! MarkRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This property is in the heart the vibrant city of Buenos Aires. The suite has everything you need and the owner takes pride in making sure your stay in BA will be a memorable holiday. The suite is located near the very top of the building, which provides for beautiful city views of BA from every room and lots of natural light. Its located on the corner of Av. Santa Fe, the lifeline that binds all parts of BA together. So you have access to all the major bus routes, metro (subte) and a never-ending stream of taxis at all hours of the day or night. Not to mention some of the best restaurants, cafe's, and as much shopping as your heart desires. The owner has furbished the suite with every possible amenity you could think of, from a fully stocked kitchen (if you wish to prepare your own meals) to a cell phone for local use, to Apple TV, to a VOIP phone for free long distance calls to North America. The suite is tastefully decorated, clean, the beds very comfortable, lots of towels and everything worked perfectly. If you are at all worried about security, there is a 24 hour door person in the lobby as well. And everything is extremely well organized with a "suite manual" that literally explains everything you will need to know about the suite and all the amenities in the neighbourhood. The owner is nothing but professional in every sense. He is prompt, a great communicator and delivers on everything he has promised. He will provide you with excellent recommendations of the best restaurants in town and help you with any transportation needs you may have to/from airport etc. In fact he saved us from a bad experience we were having in BA (with unethical owners) -- and turned our whole holiday around! Highly recommend this property and the owner -- a great place and a great and professional person to deal with are a combination that will make your visit to this city absolutely fabulous. We would highly recommend this property and owner to anyone and would definitely stay here again in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this apartment in November and a friend of ours joined us. It had everything we needed. The location was only a 20 minute walk to the cemetery area. It was great being in a residential area. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. We had everything we needed in the flat. Just a caution -- the washing machine is a European washer/dryer combo, so it can take up to 5-7 hours to wash and dry a load of laundry. I stayed at this property with my boyfriend. We made a donation to the Muscular Dystrophy association and the owner of this property donated our stay. The apartment was perfect in a great location. Just a block to the subway. Lots of public transportation within blocks. Grocery store around the corner. Diego was waiting for us when we got to the apartment and explained everything in the apartment. Photos were exactly as advertised. The apartment was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Thanks to the staff, we had great resources lined up to use during our stay and never had any difficulties getting in touch with them. The location was amazing, with the subway station literally right around the corner, you could be anywhere in Buenos Aires in minutes for a couple of us dollars. The doormen were fantastic, always watching out for us and very nice and helpful. We were thrilled with our ten day stay at Mike's apartment. Mike and his team in BA were super attentive and on top of everything. The apartment is clean, with awesome views, comfortable beds, great amenities, and a full time doorman (which makes one feel as safe as any hotel). The location is incredibly central, located on the outer edge of Recoleta, walking distance to Palermo as well. We would (will) definitely return. Wanting to fulfill my wife's wish of visiting argentina for her birthday, I decided to take a short 8 day vacation and visit Buenos aires. We filled out a request form for one of Mike's properties and explaining our desired schedule. In less than 20 minutes we got our response back with full information and options. From that moment on, all my questions were answered in an extremely professional and timely manner. We decided to go and stay at Mike's AX1 property. Once we got to Buenos aires we were greeted at the airport by Jaime - a driver from a transport company that Mike uses (a transportation option I highly recommended from/to the airport) Diego, was waiting for us at the apartment where he went on to explain in detail all the functional aspects of the equipment (A/C, Entertainment center, fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, etc.) The apartment was clean, every bit as advertised and more. Wife gave it two thumbs up. For the next 7 days we basically walked (yes, walked) everywhere. The apartment is so centrally located that we walked to Palermo, the Recoleta Cemetery, Landmarks, shops on Florida/Lavalle streets, The Zoo, Botanical Gardens and parks. Drugstores, shops, supermarkets, restaurants were all within a block or two in either direction. We grew fond of a small farmers market across from the apartment entrance where every produce is daily-fresh and the 'confiteria' (pastry/bakery) at the base of the building. If you do not wish to walk, there is always the taxi (24/7 and cheap), the bus system and the Subte (subway) that takes a bit to understand but are great. Mike's attentive Ba team (Facundo/Diego) made us feel welcome and at home without being intrusive or overprotective. We highly recommend this property and the excellent management team behind it. - Yes, we will use Mike's services again on our next trip to Buenos aires. We had a great 7 days in Buenos aires, staying in this luxury apartment in Recoleta. Equipped with all conveniences, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, several tv's, wireless internet, big kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances, washing/drying machine, etc. Mike the owner is very helpful, always on-line to answer any question, and quick to help out with any problem, and with support staff near the apartment in case you need any. Location in Recoleta very central, close to restaurants, shops, metro, etc. All in all, definitely recommended for a comfortable stay in a great city.Did you find this review helpful? Why Recoleta:
This is an amazing location that is close to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, public transportation. The view is amazing as it's on the 17th floor and it was totally renovated.
I completely gutted this apartment and renovated it to a high standard. Our guests have raved about it and I'm sure you will as well.
