Fantastically beautiful and peaceful location at the northern end of the Keys. The ocean view is spectacular. Very clean, comfortable, well-equipped condo (exactly as pictured)!!! Stayed only a week but wish we had been able to stay longer!! Highly recommend this condo. Our restaurant recommendations are Made2Order, Marker88 and Lorelei (all 3 in Islamorada), and Key Fisheries and Island Fish Co (both in Marathon). My Dell laptop's charging device died mid-week and fortunately I found an OEM replacement at a nice computer shop in Marathon (All Keys Computers) next to Wendy's!! We were there for the centennial celebration of the opening of the railroad between Miami & Key West. The old railroad bridges are fascinating to see, realizing they were built over 100 years ago!!! What a feat it was in 1905-1912 to build the railroad in the "wilderness" of the Keys and learning to pour concrete in the water, despite 3 hurricanes occurring during construction period!!

My husband, daughter and I recently rented this beautiful condo for six nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The view was just amazing, and we really enjoyed the private balcony being screened in. This was our first visit to the Florida Keys and the location was perfect for sightseeing north and south in the Keys. The condo was well equipped and very homey. It was spotlessly clean and the two bedrooms and two baths made it very convenient. The pool area was nice and very clean. The owner answered all of our questions and was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. She checked to make sure we got there O.K. and that everything was going well. I would definitely rent this unit again and would highly recommend the property to anyone. Also, the restaurants in the area were very good and lots of places for boating, etc. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

My husband and I have vacationed in the keys before, but never with a view like this! The condo was a perfect setting for what we expected of our week in paradise. The rooms were clean, cheery and artsy. The view of the beach and ocean from our balcony was so breathtaking that it was easy to lose track of time-which is OK because that's what vacationing in the keys is all about anyway! As for outdoor/on water activities, this part of the keys is more affordable than larger areas from what we've experienced. There are still nearly the same amount and versatility of options for fun-in-the-sun, but our boat rides/snorkeling adventures were less crowded and less costly than other places further south. The only remote downside was that the large, remote beach below the condo wasn't a "wading" beach. You certainly could spend time on it and grill at the tiki huts, but the water was a bit murky and rocky and you wouldn't want to swim here. However, we learned that this was typical of the keys and instead there were a bunch of nearby nicely-groomed sandy beaches to swim in. If a beautiful, remote, non-touresty-feeling destination is you're ideal vacation, this spot is for you. It's certainly for us, and we will be claiming it again next year.
