  • We love Rosemary Beach and we love The Flats of Rosemary Beach. Some of our greatest memories have been spent here. The Flats has been great for our family. Being so close to St. Augustine Park is a plus for us since we have two young boys. While we enjoy our coffee on the balcony in the morning, our boys play in the park or ride their bikes without mom and dad. ;-) At night, they put on glow-sticks and it gets even better! Our family has now stayed here at "First Step Flat" for 2 years during the summer. This summer, George went out of his way to accomodate us. He is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend his flat. It's not just Rosemary Beach that makes the experience, it's the trust established and knowing that you can count on someone. Thank you George! We look forward to working again with you in the future.
