Our family (3 of us) were invited to spend Thanksgiving in Rosemary Beach along with some friends of ours. Although I was not familiar with the condo rental process, George made it an easy and painless experience for us. Now, with respect to the condo itself..... WHAT a fabulous place!!! We had never been to this area and what a great time we had. It was quaint and relaxing to get away to such a beautiful community. The condo we rented from George was VERY nice, well kept and had a lot of amenities we needed for the 3 of us. George even gave us a welcome call the first day. The walk to downtown was easy and getting to the beach (which was also beautiful but a little chilly in November for swimming) was easy walk or bike ride. I would highly recommend this property for anyone with a small family who just wants to get away, relax and enjoy.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We love Rosemary Beach and we love The Flats of Rosemary Beach. Some of our greatest memories have been spent here. The Flats has been great for our family. Being so close to St. Augustine Park is a plus for us since we have two young boys. While we enjoy our coffee on the balcony in the morning, our boys play in the park or ride their bikes without mom and dad. ;-) At night, they put on glow-sticks and it gets even better! Our family has now stayed here at "First Step Flat" for 2 years during the summer. This summer, George went out of his way to accomodate us. He is a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend his flat. It's not just Rosemary Beach that makes the experience, it's the trust established and knowing that you can count on someone. Thank you George! We look forward to working again with you in the future.
