Melhor impossível!

Conforme o título "Melhor impossível", reafirmo que melhor estadia que essa que eu e minha esposa tivemos seria impossível. Em primeiro lugar o Sr. Almir foi sincero em todas as afirmações sobre o imóvel: quartos, salas, suites, banheiros, varandas, TV a cabo, internet, móveis e decoração de bom gosto e terraço. Tudo de primeira qualidade, além da comodidade de estar perto da praia do Forte. Fizemos tudo a pé, não necessita de carro. Restaurantes, padaria, acougues, supermercado, farmacia, distribuidora de bebidas e vários outros comércios, tudo isso próximo ao apartamento. Local tranquilo e muito, mas muito confortável mesmo. Um terraço que tem uma cozinha completa e para quem gosta de fazer um churrasco, uma bela e funcional churrasqueira. Do terraço consegue ver o mar e o Forte São Mateus. Já viajei para muitos lugares, mas esse agora será sempre a minha referência de estadia.

Excelente

Excelente apartamento. Muito perto da Praia do forte. Fomos a pé todos os dias a praia, sem necessidade de carro. Apartamento arejada, limpo, organizado. Utensílios domésticos novos. A recepção pela parte do sr. Almir foi excelente, ainda tivemos a grata surpresa com um kit de boas vindas. Recomendamos o apartamento. Obrigado Sr. Almir.

Espetacular

Estivemos hospedados no apartamento e gostamos muito. O apartamento possui quartos espaços e aconchegantes, banheiros com chuveiros que funcionam perfeitamente, cozinha completa, salas amplas, SKY, internet Wi-Fi. Fomos em um grupo de 11 pessoas e nos sentimos em casa. Fiz a negociação dos valores com o Sr Almir e foi tudo muito tranquilo, locador honesto. O preço da locação foi justo. Quanto a localização, o apartamento fica há um quarteirão da praia do Forte, pertinho mesmo. Ao chegarmos, recebemos alguns mimos, entre eles: refrigerante e cerveja gelados. Nossa estadia foi hiper tranquila, indicamos o apartamento e pretendemos voltar em breve. Sr Almir, obrigada por tudo!

Excelente!!!!

O apartamento é excelente!! Super confortável, espaçoso, ventilado e muito bem equipado. Eu e minha família nos sentimos como se estivéssemos em casa. Recomendo a todos que queiram passar uns dias de descanso num ambiente familiar e confortável. Parabéns também ao proprietário que é pessoa extremamente atenciosa.
