  • You'll Love It! The apartment is located on the 20th floor of a luxury, gated building complex with 24 hour security guards. There is one outdoor swimming pool and a gym with sauna in our tower, and similar facilities in a second tower from the same complex to which guests may have access as well. A personal trainer is available in the facility to contribute to enhance your workout. There are coin-operated washer and dryers in the building as well as laundry service with fast turn around. A bank with ATM is located in the same building, as well as a lovely café on a plaza with a fountain where you can enjoy your morning 'café con leche' and croissants among relaxed Argentine's. If you like to cook, there is a top-of-the line supermarket at the base of the building, offering fresh produce, meat, poultry, and fine wines.

  • We recently spent a week in this lovely apartment. It was so nice for our family to have room to spread out instead of staying in a hotel. The teens also liked the beautiful pool and appreciated the Wi-fi. Another plus is the owner's strict no smoking policy which we so appreciate. Maria is so friendly and willing to help, as the previous comment suggested. There many museums nearby, the Subte is about six blocks away, and wonderful restaurants are within a block or two. One of the days was 104 degrees, but when we returned to the apartment it was cool. The air conditioner was excellent. Would go back in a minute.

  • We stayed at this apt for for 1 month in Oct/Nov 2008. We were very pleased to find everything just as it was described to us. We were met by an agent that spoke English & was very helpful. The area was perfect for an extended stay and we really like the apt. The building had great security and a lovely swimming pool. We highly recommend this apt.

  • Two of us stayed at this apartment in October of 2008. It's all about the location. The apartment is in a great area of Buenos Aires. Every part was reachable within 5-15 minutes by taxi. It is nicely furnished, clean, and has great views. Aside from the shops located downstairs, including a bank, you have access to taxi's right outside of the complex. Maria, the agent, was great. She was quick to respond to our questions, and she was there to assist us whenever we needed her to be. The complex has a couple of great restaurants within a two block radius of the apartment. It is an ideal location to have a worry free vacation. We highly recommend this apartment.

  • I stayed at the apartment with 3 friends. We all had a wonderful time. It was very well-furnished and located in a great neighborhood -- it seemed like a much more real experience as opposed to staying in the tourist spots. It was reasonably priced and when we got there we had the full support of Maria who met us at the apartment and was available to answer any questions and help us with any of our needs. She was available to help us at all times throughout our stay. It was a much better experience than a hotel - especially since there was a coffee shop, deli, supermarket and pharmacy right downstairs - I would very much recommend staying here.
