Spacious five bedroom converted duplex, 4.5 bath, just 1 block from Park City Mountain Resort and a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Main Street. Also, just across the street from City Park and 1 Block from the Library.

Why stay at a hotel when you can have all the luxuries of home? Amenities include 3 fireplaces, 2 full kitchens, 2 cozy living rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 washer/dryers, free wireless internet and hot tub.

Main Level includes nice living room with full kitchen and dining area. Living room includes 32" TV and home theater with CD/DVD. Furnished with quality mountain pieces and nicely decorated. Master bedroom includes a king and queen beds with fireplace in room and bathroom with jetted tub. Second bedroom includes queen bed and deck with BBQ grill. Third bedroom includes two twin beds and balcony.

Lower level includes additional living room, kitchen, dining area and half bath. 2nd Master Bedroom contains 2 queen beds with Flat Screen HDTV/DVD.. The 5th bedroom contains a queen bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. There is a full bath and another washer/dryer on the same floor as the bedrooms.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes

My family and I started vacationing in Park City when I was 5 years old and it was always a family favorite. My father and I returned for a ski trip in 2005 and I decided Park City is where I wanted to live. So, I moved the following winter and skied 113 days at Park City, Deer Valley, Snowbird and Alta.

The Unique Benefits at this Duplex

Being just 2 blocks to Historic Main Street, it's very easy to walk to dinner or some entertainment. We are locals, so we can provide any dining recommendations and can often secure difficult reservations during busy times of the year.

During the winter, it's just a short walk to the Park City Town Lift or you can easily catch the free Park City shuttle to Deer Valley or The Canyons. We also help all of our guests with discount lift tickets, which can save quite a bit for large groups.

It's so close to everything that you don't really need a car, but there is also plenty of parking if you decide to get one anyway.

    • My old college buddies and I go to Park City every year for an annual ski trip and this is by far the best place that we've every stayed. We can walk to Park City Resort and to Main Street. The owner is also a "local" and knows all the best places in town. We've already booked it again for next year!

    • We had a fantastic time at 1420 Woodside over New Year's. Jon was very helpful in getting us lift tickets and making sure we had everything we needed (such as an extra space heater). The house is ideally located just two blocks from the park city ski resort and about a 15 minute walk from the heart of main street. The two kitchens and two living rooms gave the group plenty of room to spread out (and the chance to have a cook-off).

    • Great place! We had a wonderful trip and the condo is in a great location. Very spacious, had plenty of room for 13 adults, and could have fit a few more! The owner was incredibly responsive to communication both prior to and during our stay. Extra plus for the discounted lift tickets. Excellent Condo!

    • We had a great time in the condo/house. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the closeness to the base lodge and nearby stores. Jon was very helpful and quick to respond to all inquiries. The discount lift tickets were great and were good for all day, not just until 4:30. The duel kitchens also came in handy for alternate meals. Overall a great experience and we would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks, Jon

    • Our ski team had a great trip to Park City in January '08 and Jon greatly assisted with use of both his rental properties, providing discount tickets, wax tips, and very quick correspondance/service. The Woodside location worked very well - close to the lifts and training facilities, close to the grocery store, comfortable beds, and well set up for 11 of us. We'll definately have Woodside on the top of our list for future Park City trips. Thanks Jon!
